The jam dispenser (only one type of jam-apricot) at breakfast was not refilled for three days in spite of our request tap water only upon request and charged for 1€ for 500ml, which is quite embarrassing for a hotel of this range The Mountain View rooms are bit of a walk away compared to the other rooms. When arriving as per Google maps, do not drive over the housing area-access is closed(don’t think there ever was any).Make sure you drive over the main road Stefanikova(66).

The pools and the spa are fantastic. You can go from the room to the pool in 2 min and depending on the weather stay out or inside.

Sometimes pools were temporarily unavailable for guests due to swimming curses or other group activities organized by external people, but you have so many other pools that it doesn't necessarily create an issue. We have already been a couple of years ago and the dinner service did not improve much. I think service during dinner is not having the same standard as the overall stay, I would give it a 6 out of 10.

The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were included in the price, and it was very good value for the price. The access to the waterpark areas was easy and convenient. And it was very convenient that the hotel gave bath robes for going in and out of the water areas. The place was clean and the staff were very nice. Highly recommend.

It was a little tricky finding where you can and cannot park for hotel guests (not strictly waterpark guests). The signs could be better.

Swimming pools, welness and gym are fantastic. Even when it is cold outside, swimming pools feel comfortable. Close by other interesting tourist activities, especially Tatra Mountains.

Temperature in the building was too hot, also when it is cold outside. Airco or van was not working properly. It is chaotic during the buffet. This can be improved.

I was satisfied with stay in AquaCity Poprad. +Hotel was nice furnished. +Balcony with Hight Tatras view. +Friendly staff on reception, always willing to help. +Very good dinners. + Pools and saunas.

-It was difficult and time consuming to go from the room to dinner or aquapark, there is connection hallway only on 3th floor, but dinner and aquapark are located on different floors even in different parts of building. -Usually in other hotels with aquapark you can enter for free aquapark also on the last day when you are living, what wasn't applicable for AquaCity Poprad. -No soft drinks included for dinner. -During dinner/breakfest waitresses started to cleaning and and packing like 30-40min before schedguled time what was disturbing and they also stoped refilling of meals.

I chosen this hotel because of aquapark and great location. The hotel room is very comfortable and cousy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Aquapark is large and rich in amusement and entertainments. I loved this place

Dinner wasn't so good. Next time I'll go to the restaurant there's inside in the hotel.

Breakfasts and lunches were more simple and modest than before, but this was even better for our health :)

Amazing combo with stay, half board and aquapark including the spa! Excellent price for money.

More active service staff during dinner will be appreciated.

Too crowded (actually we had no place to swim in the outside pools, because of so many people), also big crowd in the sauna area with visitors without sauna culture (people were dressed in the swimsuits and bathrobes in the sauna area)!
