Location Cleanliness Staff was amazing especially the head waiter at the hotel restaurant he really made a huge positive impact on our stay Aquapark Spa Playrooms for children all over the place

-The bed is not my favorite bed cover is flat so is pillow personally I prefer beddings to be fluffy but again that's a personal preference -not enough towels we only got one big towel in our bathroom per person and one small per person I would welcome extra big tower per person to use in aquapark

Everything was great. We had 2 little kids under 3. They served meals for kids like porridge for breakfast, there were 2 kids corners full of toys, great pools that were in evening hours almost empty. Train station is very close, so 1 day we made a train trip to Hrebienok. Bachledka is also amazing place to have a trip. Both of them are close to hotel (30 min. drive by car) and are ok for strollers.

We liked everything here: perfect room, access to aqua park included in hotel room price, breakfast and dinner included, quite nice staff members of the hotel or free parking.

If I have to mention one thing, so I would recommend to play a different music playlist during breakfasts. They played very rude songs, really not appropriate for small children in the room.

We have visited Aquacity Seasons hotel multiple times. We love it! Having everything under one roof is priceless. Hotel restaurant, pools and wellness area are top quality. Staff is nice and helpful.

Prices of meals in the Aquapark food court and drinks in pool bar are ridiculously high - smart pricing strategy, not to have the pool bar full of kids and long queues waiting for lunch. The floor in the food court area on the way to Diamond pools is very slippery - I would recommend replacing the ceramic in the future reconstruction.

Facilities, children' corners and playgrounds, great massage options, amazing kitchen- food was really delicious, aquapark and bar😉

Confusing feelings from the staff- bad communication with clients- each person told us something else. - some people worked for 130%, were really helpfull and trying and others were working for 50% and didn't care at all. We hope that it is only because of Covid situation which made them to hire lots of new unexperienced people.

non alcoholic drinks should be included in the dinner like in other places. Opening times in spa area could be longer.

food could have been better. although I was good enough. everything fresh. just little more variety would be appreciated it.

Everything was perfect. Nice rooms, very practical and spacious. Easy access to aqua park, bathrobes included for kids as well. Good food in the restaurant with good options for dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed lunch menu as well. Nice bar area with the kids corner playing area.

Mixed review, the water park and wellness centre are superb. The rooms were of a good 4 star hotel standard and the bathrooms were well appointed.

The air con in our room was shocking, it was incredibly noisy so we had to turn it off but the temperature in the corridor must have been 40 degrees plus, so the room was like an oven. The breakfast was really good, but the evening meal wasn't.

Good breakfast. Good gym. The pool was very refreshing and the location was superb for hiking in the glorious Tatras mountains.

The Pool View room wasn’t really. The pools were very crowded but that’s not a gripe. The weather was so hot everyone had gone swimming.
