Location of the hotel in the city centre, next to a shopping center and own parking lot was great. The room was spacious with big windows and balcony, very bright. The breakfast was good, tasty, and satisfied our requirements, although the menu was limited. The staff is friendly and forthcoming.
We missed a possibility to hang towels lower for children. Not enough storage space in bathroom for cosmetics. The backdoor to the parking lot was not accessible (locked) afternoon/at night. The remote to the AC was not in the room, but only available at the reception (which is not operated 24/7).

The Location is just perfect! The free car park was indeed helpful. Breakfast was just acceptable.
No air conditioning. We had to sleep with the open window to have anything to breeze. Lucky we had a good weather and the air was good temperature. But street noise disrupted the sleep.

Professional and courteous staff (reception, dining, cleaning). Clean and quiet. We had to unexpectedly evacuate from Kyiv and were arriving after a long journey. They were able to provide an early check-in so we didn't have to wait for our rooms.

"Small details" like broken bulb in bathroom, disgusting wc brush, mould areas in shower, dust in corners. This is long lasting problem in this hotel without any improvement...
