Wonderful hotel in the very city center! I love that it is environmentally friendly plus it is practically located in a park, so it is very quiet and peaceful. It took us only about five minutes on foot to get to Prešernov trg, which is the main square in Ljubljana. The central bus and train stations are also very close - perhaps seven to ten minutes on foot. The room itself was spacious and clean. In addition, all receptionists were so kind and happy to help with all our questions. We didn't opt to have breakfast, but the restaurant seemed nice and had a lovely garden.

Great location within walking distance to everything you want in the historical area.. Parks close by as well. Supermarket and takeaway food places right beside hotel — very handy with small fridge in the room. Check in and out very quick and easy. Great variety of English speaking channels on smart t.v.. Great wifi signal.

We did lose hot water for a day or so but this was the fault of the water heater supply company carrying out essential repairs apparently and not the hotels fault. Could do with a kettle in the room

The location was excellent for my purpose and my room was comfortable, but the breakfast was just about adequate. I was travelling for work, so the excellent free wifi was very welcome.

There was a notice in my room pointing out that it might not be necessary to clean my room every day and inviting me to hang a notice on the outside of my door if I wanted my room made up. This seems to me a sensible approach. I stayed for five nights. After the second night I left the notice on the outside of my door. When I returned at the end of the day, the only evidence that hotel staff had entered the room was an empty waste bin. Not good enough!

In general, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and especially the hotel personnel, everybody was extremely professional and polite. The location of the hotel was amazing, really central. The breakfast was decent but to be fair I was expecting a bit more for the price. Also, there was a cafeteria in the hotel which was only operating until 3 pm and after that time you could only get coffee from a vending machine inside the hotel. Lastly, the room was extremely clean and convenient, however, they state clearly that you need to inform them if you want your room clean (which I was fine with but a standardized cleaning day would be nice).

Good breakfest, cozy beds and really close to the city center and to the central railway/bus station Ljublana AP. Also want to notice that the personel was quite good, espacially the receptionist Hanna. At the same time not all of them are well prepeared to there new system and looked confused with it.

I had to wait more than one hour because my room wasn't ready at check-in time and actually the guy which were on the reception wasn't interested to check is the room ready or not. Moreover to every customer he repeated we have a new system and he doesn't know how to check etc. This didn't look nice and not only me had to wait for there rooms. Also cleaning... The hotel was clean but the cleaning started at 8 in the morning and you hear everything so there is difficult to sleep.

The hotel is next to the centre, within walking distance of the bus and train stations. There is a beautiful view on the rooftop and the opportunity to sit and enjoy. The room was large enough. Breakfast was sufficiently replenished, possibility to make pancakes:-)

The hotel is big, but there were only two staff working at the reception, huge queue and confusion. We got a different room than we paid for, we immediately claimed it and got the correct one. It would definitely be worth strengthening the front desk. We have been to the accommodation twice and the situation was the same. Queue and nervous people. Only two elevators.

We attended an event at the Ljubljana University and the hotel was recommended to us due to its closeness to the Faculty. It is indeed located close not only to the University but also to the centre of the city - all the major sights can be reached within 15 minutes (walk). The hotel is also about 10-15 minutes from the railway station and the bus station. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and have all the basics one need for a shorter stay. There was some reconstruction going on in the hotel but it did not affect my floor. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. I appreciated it started at 6.30 on week days and 7 during the weekend. The selection was decent, a bit poorer on Saturday. The staff at the reception were all very nice. I am particularly grateful to the receptionist who changed my room when I had an issue with the noise. The room finally assigned to me was really great.

1) There is a very weak lighting in the room, it makes it difficult to read. 2) The coffee machine in the breakfast room would need cleaning, the coffee from it is quite awful.

I have stayed at Hotel Ljubljana Park in the past many times. It was always a decent hotel which was centrally located. However, they renovated it a couple years ago and it just got even better. Everything is really clean and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The bathrooms are spacious, especially the shower area. I was visiting during January and got incredibly low prices. You just won't get such a deal anywhere else in Ljubljana. Hotel Park is about 10 minutes walk to the Tromostovje area. So you are strategically located. If you get one of the top floors the views will be amazing. Highly recommended!

There was no tea kettle in the room (or at least I couldn't find it). It gets cold during the winter so it would be nice to make something to warm up. Maybe they had something downstairs which I missed. Other than that not much to complain about. Simply a great deal for such a low price.

Good location (8 minutes to the dragon bridge). There is a little grocery store nearby. We also liked our room - it was spacious! And most of the personnel were super friendly!

Breakfast lacked cereal, and the sausages tasted like paper. Also, we were initially not informed that we need to ASK for the cleaning services. Therefore, nobody came to clean our room or fix the beds. Finally, it would be great to have some tea, cups and the kettle in the room.

the room was new and beautiful with comfy bed and a brand new smart TV, the view also was great!

We found one apple (!) under the bed and I suppose this means that the cleaning service didn’t clean very good. However we didn’t say anything because we saw the cleaning ladies around the hotel very tired and we didn’t want to cause them another trouble because it was clearly not the their fault because the cleaning service was understaffed and the workers were overworked!!! They need to hire more people!!!
