Reading the reviews prior to staying here made me a bit nervous however after my stay we LOVED it here! The breakfast is incredible. The staff are super helpful and kind. We had to leave at 4am and they made sure we had breakfast to go prepared and organised for collection when we checked out. They always greet you with a smile and a hello. The lifts… they’re not bad at all. If you can’t be patient and take two minutes out of your day to wait. If you’re so impatient just take the stairs, it’s healthy for you. Pool and saunas is top top! Loved being able to relax after exploring during the day. Location is 10/10. You’re in the city centre surrounded by everything.

A smart TV would be great. Definitely a like to have not need to have.

Location could not have been better, just a 1 min walk from the main square. Staff very pleasant. The star of the stay was the breakfast. I have never seen such a large selection anywhere. Plentiful seating meant that even at the busiest times, we did not have to queue for a place. Nice to note that the bus / train station is less than a 10 min walk away

There were 3 elevators with only 2 working. Nobody wanted to use the stairs so making it down from the 8th floor was very time consuming as we had to stop on every floor. In the end, it was less frustrating to just walk up and down the 8 flights of stairs

I really liked the location of the hotel, just around the main square. Breakfast was also very good with a large variety. The size of the room was big, too. They also had two bottles of complimentary water and they even didn'y charge a cup of coffee in the cafe, which was really nice.

One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was that it had an underground parking, so that we wouldn't need to pull our suitcases as in mot parts of our trip to Craotai/Slovenia. I was really disappointed to find out on arrival that the parking was full and the was no space left for the guests. Other than that, no complaints.

Extremely comfy beds, delicious breakfast, clean room, lovely view from the room at the landmarks. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can get anywhere in 10 minutes by foot. We also liked the pool and a massage, the wellness staff was very nice.

We wanted to go to see the Bled Lake and a bit of Triglav, so we asked the staff at the reception what's the best way to get there so we could explore (there are multiple options via public transport). However they kept forcing a taxi on us, which we found very expensive and totally unnecessary when there are so many options to use public transport. Extremely unhelpful, we ended up relying on Google, which was not the best. I assumed they would have some tips for us at the reception, since we can't be the only one who wants to make a day trip to Bled from Ljubljana. Came off little bit scammy.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, delicious and plentiful breakfast. The staff was helpful, kind & professional. The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a couple blocks from the pedestrian area. I was so glad the front desk called the little electric bus to drive us into Old Town for dinner, since I was unable to walk much after my fall.

Within minutes of our arrival, I tripped and flew to the floor coming out of the bathroom. I didn't notice that there is a small step right at the threshold. I urge everyone to pay attention. Left knee and right hand & arm still bruised and hurting.

We spent 7 nights here and found it to be a great size room with quite good facilities. Some staff were really helpful especially Boris one of the concierge staff. Really good location being quite close to the train/bus stations and having close access to the old town. Greatly appreciated being provided with a couple of large umbrellas for the occasions when it rained.

The breakfast was quite good but after 7 days we were looking for a bit more variety. We like to exercise most mornings and the fitness centre was rather limited in the range of equipment as most weights were VERY heavy and one of the 2 bicycles wasn't working for 6 of the days we were there.

Perfectly located in the city centre from where you can walk to all tourist attractions. Also within walking distance to the train/bus station. Room was quite spacious. Breakfast was amazing, had options for everyone. The swimming pool and sauna is a wonderful plus! Really enjoyed going up for a feel minutes and chilling.

Few things could be improved in my opinion: - lifts take ages to arrived. Only two working for a massive hotel - air conditioning can certainly be better. Wouldn’t have been enough if the temperature was higher - better beer in the minibar since it’s a 4-star hotel - TV could be upgraded to a smart one

Excellent, extremely good location: City center, pedestrian zone (with direct access to the garage), close to main attractions, cafes and restaurants. Well kept hotel, with modern facilities, very clean. The hotel has a great tradition, as well. Excellent and helpful staff. They even changed beddings every day (four nights stay). Stylish, very good "bell epoque" cafe. Few interesting indoor shops. Suitable garage with direct approach to rooms. They strictly obey Covid19 measures. Got better room that I originally booked. Great value for money. Looking forward to come again. Strictly recommended.

Very central location, two miutes walk from city center. We booked a double room, but they give us an ,,upgrade''for a suite. Actually - we had booked a double in the new part of the hotel and they give us a suite in the old part of the hotel. The room was clean, but wiith old, scratched and slightly stained furniture, the carpet in the hall was dirty and loose at the corners - basically it was a downgrade. The Internet worked hard, with interruptions. Rich breakfast.

Amazing location! 2 minute walk from the centre. Lovely pool. Very small though only allows something like 16 people at a time I think? Nice breakfast. Lovely room and balcony. Comfy beds. Nice shower and bathroom. Overall loved the hotel despite the gym and elevators. Would stay again!

Gym has very limited equipment. No barbells. Only free weights and cardio machine. Could definitely do with some weight machines and a barbell or two. Elevators extremely slow!!! We were on the second floor from the top and waited 5-6 minutes at times for the lift.
