Staff were helpful, hotel was conveniently located, room was tidy, clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower in our room was one of the best we've had in our stays at hotels.

The curtains weren't wide enough to cover the window so bright lights from the ER opposite shone into our room all night; so didn't get a great deal of sleep.

Hotel rooms were clean and really comfortable. Not too far from the old town - about a 12 minute walk. I really enjoyed my stay.

Not a lot to complain about really. Location is right next to a hospital emergency department so there's a lot of activity which may bother some but it was fine for me.

Rooms are fair, clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-20 min walk from the city centre. It’s also next to the hospital, so ambulances might come and go - our room wasn’t facing the hospital so there weren’t any noise issues for us. Checking in and out was smooth

Hotel’s parking spaces are limited - the staff will tell you this after the reservation. Keep in mind that if you arrive by car and there are no parking spaces available (I guess the staff mostly uses the available parking spaces) you will have to park your car in a nearby parking garage or on the streets. It’s quite pricey, we paid 30€ for ~14hrs

Lots of free parking, fast check-in.

Window couldn't be sealed completely while shut, so lots of noises from the hospital emergency room across the street.

Everything. Basic, but clean and modern. Fantastic lift and an excellent vending machine with a variety of drinks and snacks in the foyer. The coffee vending machine surprised me with EXCELLENT coffee, honestly it was that good, price ranged around 1€. Staff super friendly, housekeeping super nice as well. 1.2 km from train/bus terminal / center. Aldi virtually next door, coffee shops all around. Had a massage at Bee Thai Massage, about a 9 min walk from hotel, €25 for 30 min. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

A little fridge in the room would've been nice.

Good location, not too far from the city center, 20 minutes walking. Good bedding and pillows. Many international TV channels. Good shower. Staff at the reception is very nice and helpful, this has made a big difference. Very basic breakfast, but the coffee is very good.

Towels were very thin. AC is very tricky to operate. Rooms are quite noisy during the day due to the close proximity to a hospital (ambulance sirens and a heliport pad), but at least, it's quiet during the night. A lack of fruit for the breakfast (only apples and plums... no banana available ). There is no electrical outlet near the bed. The fridge only works when you are in the room( works with the room card). The lobby is minimalist.

The property was central 10 ‘min from the Preseren square and 15 min to the central bus station. We had check in to a non renovated probably room but when i refer to the receptionist that i felt uncomfortable she was polite and change us to a better one. Was raining during our next days of stay and the other men receptionist he borrow us an umbrella. I could say the staff its very helpful. Also consider that its exactly next to the Policlinic but without noise during the weekend. Bus no 9&25 pass exactly in front of the hotel to the central bus station

In the room could have mini fridge and one kettle. Its a 3 star hotel so don’t except 5 star service. Check your choice for breakfast or not cause its not clear that some rooms its additional cost.

A pretty good and quiet (very important for me) 3 star hotel, close to the train station (ca. 10 min. walk), not so close to the city center (ca. 20 min. walk), there is a Hofer supermarket in the vicinity, and a Lidl supermarket within ca. 500 meters. There are other small shops and fast food restaurants nearby. The neighboring building is a hospital with emergency, but I did not experience any problem with any noice at night (e.g., sirens of ambulances). Generally, everything was OK. It is an especially good hotel for those who want to take a train in the morning due to the proximity of the train station.

It takes ca. 20 minutes to walk to the city center (I was fine for me).

This place is really confortable, clean and calm, I really appreciate the 2 stays I had there. I had the chance to get double rooms even though I was a solo traveller both times so I'm really grateful for that (I guess it's matter of availabilities). I was wondering if the location would be a great idea because it's literally in the Ljubljana emergency center. I have a light sleep and I've never been woken up even once. So no need to worry about that, the neighbourhood is calm. Ljubljana center is about less than 10 minutes by walk and there is an 'HOFER' supermarket next to the hotel in case you need anything. Last mention is for the staff which is super friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean, easy to access and with the amenities you would want along with a great bathroom. Location was great, 15 minute walk into the city center! Breakfast was fine- buffet style with eggs, croissants, fruit, veggies, juice, and a coffee machine.

The "free parking" is awful. It is under the hotel and only about 10 spots including behind a pillar and there are cars parked along the wall making it almost impossible to get out in addition to an awfully placed rope causing you to have to back out and pray there is enough space between the correctly parked cars and the awkwardly parked ones. One nice thing is that across the street is a paid parking lot ($20 euros- sorry my keyboard doesn't have a euro sign)
