This hotel was lovely. It is on the pricier side but worth it - couldn't fault the place. The room was perfect - maybe newly kitted out. The windows are good at keeping noise out but there's also an outer window you can close as well for soundproofing (it's in a pedestrianised location so you might hear people around but it's not traffic) and then the air con works fine. There were 2 bathrooms in that it has a toilet with a small sink on its own and then a shower room with a larger sink. The breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice including nice bacon and eggs. The breakfast area is lovely also. The location is just at Cobbler's Bridge but there's one other small hotel between this one and the river. We just walked 1-3 minutes to dinner every night. The hotel was super clean. They have a laundry service. The reception staff were very helpful with travel tips and called us a Kavalir also. We were in May and it seemed to be mostly couples there so quite chill.

Really nothing only the small bathroom should have a soap too - we only had one in the other shower bathroom.

I've been to hotels in many countries, in the most prestigious destinations. I've a good base to judge the hotels. There's plenty to like about this one! The location couldn't be more central of the Old Town is your interest. It oozes of charm. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Interiors were stylish and functional, room was huge. Electronic window shutters were a nice touch. The view was awesome. Bathroom was impeccably clean, stylish and bright. Classy. The lift was a positive surprise, I didn't expect it. Staff was helpful and professional. This is a very nice boutique hotel and I recommend it to anyone.

This hotel needs better soundproofing. I could hear the voices and steps inside the adjacent room. This was annoying in the morning. I'd prefer electronic safe box, instead of an old school safe with a huge key. Breakfast cutoff time was too early. No nearby parking or even road for accessing taxi was inconvenient, but I expected it.

The breakfast was excellent, there was a large selection of both hot and cold foods which were good in quality and quantity. We especially liked the local berry crumble as well as the fruit, granola and yogurt compot. The greens and fruit smoothie was a nice touch. The staff were efficient and friendly while both adjoining breakfast rooms were bright with plenty of room between tables. Unlike many bigger hotels, there were kettles which meant a limitless supply of boiling water for those who wanted tea. A wide variety of coffees was also available.

We were there during a downpour (July 3rd) and despite the hotel being only two years old there were a number of leaks. There, we were told, were being dealt with.

Location was good within pedestrian zone, everything we wanted to do was within an easy walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was super. I expected based on reviews and photos that this hotel would be a little more over the top for the price than it was.

The hotel is a bit pricey compared to other accommodations. Strangely enough in our room, if you closed the drapes to prevent people from looking into the room (there was a building a few feet away) it blocks the vents for the AC. Car service you can book through the hotel to the airport wasn't worth the price, but of course, you can always go with a taxi or shuttle.

We loved the Heritage Hotel! Our Superior Double Room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the location right in the middle of the old town, and Branco was a wonderful host.

No complaints at all about the hotel. We had a car, and we were informed in advance that we could not drive directly to the hotel. We parked easily at Parking NUK 2 and walked with our suitcases several blocks to the hotel with our suitcases. The only problem we had was paying for the parking when we left. The machine did not accept Visa, so we tried to pay in cash, but the smallest we had was a 50 euro bill.....which it would not accept. We went back to the hotel and Branco exchanged our large bills for smaller ones, solving the problem. If you use cash, be sure to have smaller bills and change available.

The building and room was completed to a very high and modern standard. I particularly liked how the history of the building was woven into the current decor. The room was clean and well provisioned. The location was fantastic and we loved being in the pedestrianised centre so everything was within easy (and safe) walking distance. The staff were knowledgable and friendly and the local blueberry drink served as an aperitif upon arrival was a nice touch. Lastly the breakfast was varied and tasty and there was a good GF selection for my partner and I. Would definitely recommend!

location, location, location! Its a newly renovated hotel with renaissance charm in modern rooms. Spot on! Breakfast is superb, the staff is really very attentive, helpful and nice. Absolutely the place to stay in!

During my stay at Hotel Heritage, I enjoyed the warm welcome received from the staff and how friendly they were; they would greet us every morning and initiate a lovely small talk, and always offered us free coffee throughout the day. The room was styled uniquely and more spacious than I envisioned.

The breakfast was good but was redundant for our 7-day stay. But for a boutique hotel, this is manageable and understandable. The hotel was located in a pedestrian area which we were not aware of. This means that taxis were not able to park right in front of the hotel. However, we were lucky that during our arrival, the driver was kind enough to call a small pedestrian taxi "Kavalir" to pick us and drop us right in front of the hotel - the Kavalir is free of charge. The hotel's location, in general, is in the city center to see the main tourist attractions which is a positive point (ranging between 2 to 10 minutes walk).

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Very well designed and with taste. Remarkably interesting story surrounding the building itself. The breakfast was really tasty and varied. Rooms are big enough if you plan to be most of the time outside and come back to rest in a tranquil place.

Nothing so bad at all, just to have in mind that is on a pedestrian zone, so if you come by car, you will have to park a couple of blocks away. There is several parking lots around, so in that sense, there is availability.

Perfect location near the river. The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good but would have been better if the chopped fruit eg pineapple and melon had been peeled so it could be eaten with your cereal or yogurt etc. The staff were very helpful.

A glass bathroom and toilet in the room is definitely not a good idea as it gives you no privacy- however well you know each other! The ‘one way’ glass seems to have been installed the wrong way round as you could see into the bathroom but not out! Also some of the ‘Atrium View’ rooms did not actually have a view at all, only skylights! There was a walkway that went past our bedroom window which meant we would have had to keep our curtains closed to prevent guests in the further room from seeing into ours when they passed. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to a superior room which did not have this problem and was much more spacious and was very comfortable.
