Clean and modern facilities which were easy to use, nice shower and bathroom facilities. Code system worked well and I liked not having to worry about losing a key. Room as described, towels provided. Location was good, within easy walking distance to old centre, and it was in a more quiet residential area.

Please provide labels and pens if you throw out people’s food. I understand the rule but had nothing to write with, I asked other people and they said they didn’t either and their food was fine, but unfortunately my food got thrown out after one day. That’s hard on a budget traveller. I found a pen and an old receipt and used that to label my food and that worked! So maybe I advise to guests to bring pen and paper. The wifi also did not work at all during my stay. Apart from those things though everything was good.

The location is perfect, isolated from outside noise, but still on a two minute walk from the river and the center. The room is cozy and clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom and shower are being clean daily and there was always warm water. The kitchen is nicely equipped and tap water is of good quality. Although I haven't seen anyone at the reception, the receptionists at the Art Hotel where there was check in were so polite.

Sound isolation is poor, some people were not respecting house rules, but it's not that big of a deal.

I liked how there was a keypad entry to the property and to your own room. You could check out without having to speak to anyone which made it easy. The bed was comfortable. It's a small room but for the traveler who doesn't need much, we found it cute. The kitchen is not shared with everyone, but rather between a block of rooms which is nice (this one kitchen per 4 rooms). The location is close to the city center.

Check-in and breakfast is at the property's other location. It's not a huge inconvenience since it is close by (8-10 minute walk)

This venue combines privacy of the apartment with price level of hostels, which makes it excellent choice for the short trip to the Slovenian capital. It is situated a short, 5-minute walk from the center kf the city, with many restaurants and cafes in the vincinity of the hostel itself. Rooms are rather small, but cosy and offer a lot of privacy. Beds are rather comfy and heating was great. Staff was rather helpful, they helped us with baggage because we arrived earlier than supposed check-in time and they had no problems with kater check out. Wi-fi was free and worked great. I would recommend this primarily to young couples who are ok with a bit smaller, but rather cosy space. Neighbourhood was rather nice and cosy too, with almost rural vibes, but so close to the city center.

Slight problem with electronic key and check in on different location.

1) the room is placed inside an old recently renovated district! super neat place 2) just south of it there are many really neat places to eat and drink and a little market just... 2 minutest with foot 3) the centre of the city is actually really near to it 4) to book out you just have to leave the room and there is no need to leave any key to a reception since the entrance is all made with electronic codes 5) you are provided with fresh towels, and if in need of new ones you can just ask for a replacement 6) there is a little safe in the room for your car key or whatever 7) there is a fridge in the common area and a neat little kitchen

The place is clearly intended as a base for exploring the city and not a place to stay longer in a room. :) That was what we wanted and there is nothing I can complain about - the rooms are close to the historical center in a quiet neighbourhood, there is possibility to cool down the temperature and the simple design of everything is often helpful.

Hm... sometimes doors slams too loud and it is possible to hear your fellow tourists (however I have a very shallow sleep) but apart from that nothing else.

The room is spacious compared to the general "hostel". The cleanliness is generally acceptable. The location is not bad, but really worth the price. It locates in a really peaceful neighborhood (away from the bars or other attractions, so it's quiet during the night!)The shower room is a bit too small though, but not a big problem. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, I recommend it for a budget traveler.

Very nice location and affordable stay.

I could connect to WiFi, but internet connection didn't work. I rechecked multiple times, the password was correct and laptop was successfully connected to the WiFi - but I could not reach any webpage. A mosquito net on the window would be a welcome addition.

we didn't cook in the kitchen, but the utilities could've been better. check-in was at another hotel within walking distance, but since all doors opened with codes, it felt unnecessary and the walk with luggage was annoying. the room got quite hot.

We loved the location, perfect to see a lot of Ljubljana. The facilities are also new and the bed was very comfortable.

While we knew it would be small we didn't expect that small. The room it self was fine but we were in the attic floor and the bathroom ceiling was quite low. Also the walls are very thin, you could hear everything from the joined areas.
