The beachfront location is perfect, near to the center and the promenade. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. The inhouse wellness with swimming pool and jacuzzi is a good alternative in case of a bad weather conditions. Nearby parking place. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It is not possible to reserve a parking place. Some things already need maintenance. Not only in the hotel rooms, but also in the common areas. Aesthetic flaws which are already disturbing in a 4-star hotel.

Staff super kind and helpful, they did their best to let me keep the superior room for all the stay despite the fact that I had two different reservations and the second was for a lower level room, so we could enjoy the sunset from our balcony! Amazing breakfast! Very clean!

Speaking about terme and wellness I must admit that it was surprising to me the fact that sauna and bagno turco are not included in the price. Secondly at our arrival the water was barely warm, but they solved the problem the day after

Best location, most rooms have balconies, we had a nice view of the Adriatic and the Kempinski hotel next door. Breakfast was diverse and very good. Service was good, valid parking, everything you need is here and most restaurants are on the beach opposite to the hotel. Portarosz and Piran are two of the safest places I have ever visited.

did not appreciate the sign outside the dining room stating a €10. fine would be imposed on each item taken from the restaurant. Not sure the reason for this!!

The hotel has great location on the ''riva'', the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, good breakfast.

The hotel does not have its own parking, so the car has to be driven by the hotel staff to a distant park place for a fee (15 Euros per night). The spa was overcrowded, you could literally not find a free sun bed and it was almost impossible to enter the pool. Additionally, if you forget to bring a towel from your room, they charge you with 4 Euros per towel.

The pools etc .The piano player in the coffee shop.The coffee shop staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great easy access to buses.and lovely board walk along the coast. Breakfast buffet was huge and very varied. The concierge people were really helpful.

Closer parking would have been better. The chef refused to make poached eggs on request.Waiting staff would not supply tap water in the evening dinner nor would they supply a cushion for smaller guests ,saying none were available . (We later discovered plenty of cushions in the coffee shop which can actually be seen from the restaurant.) The food in the evening could have been better—we didn’t dine there again. Some of the dining room staff were very offhand.

We are returning to this hotel and hope to return more. The most comfortable beach services at very affordable price, kids center with everyday new attractions, live music every night at cafe CENTRAL downstairs. Tasty cuisine, helpful personnel.

Better variation of bathroom disposables

The room was great overall. Both the breakfast and the dinner was very good. Fitness center was included in the prize and was well equipped.

The parking experience was terrible. In previous years we simply arrived with our car and the hotel staff took care of parking the car in the garage. This time a car parking ~10 mins away from the hotel had to be used, and it was always a ~45 min procedure to get there with the help of the staff to either park the car or get the car from the car park. The drivers were super friendly, but a lot of time was wasted from our holiday due to the lack of garage places. Also, WiFi was unusable in our room, so if you have to look at some work related stuff while in the room, you might be in trouble.

Nearly everything, mainly location, the room, the wellness. Ample food, tasty exhibition.

Change the aircondition system to a more effective, since it cannot cool enough when 35-40 C outside (26 C in the room). Waiter system disturbing when collect the used plates: noisy, disgasting to collect food remains at the middle of food hal, in front of eating guest. Solve it other way!

Really nice hotel, right on the seaside. Spacelacious rooms, and nice balcony. The staff was really nice! Parking was just around the corner. The pool and spa area are spacious and well kept. The breakfast was superb.

It was getting a bit crowded in the spa, I can imagine it is much worse in the high season. A kettler in the room would be nice for this type of hotel.

Food was really good. Sauna also very big and nice

Dust on the table in the room is not what you would expect in 4* hotel. Then parking place was charged additionaly at the checkout. I look again and it was very missleading info about parking place.
