Self-catering spacious comfortable appartments. Stove, microwave and kitchen utensils present. Above a mall with two large affordable supermarkets, Pick 'n Pay like the Lidl, and Woolworth, and everything else. in principle at walking distance from the galleries of Capetown and if you want to walk to the splendid Zeitz Mocaa it is possible, otherwise Uber and Bolt are very very cheap. Also near to many of the historic sites of Capetown, Dutch and British colonial history, including excellent museums. I am not a beachgoer. Uber or Bolt will bring you there easily. Friendly staff.

The location was excellent. Most museums (such as the National Gallery and the Slave Lodge) are within walking distance, and It's an accessible location to get an Uber and go to the V & A Waterfront or out to one of the closer wineries in Constantia. The room itself was clean, modern, and felt very secure.

There was some traffic noise that lasted well into the evening and night; not unusually loud for an urban location but just something to bear in mind. In terms of the room's amenities, it would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room, although in general, the bathroom facilities and shower were lovely and modern. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I'm next in Cape Town.

The staff was friendly, efficient and always available to answer any questions. The mountain views! The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained in an excellent condition. I felt safe.

I am a non-smoker and cannot handle cigarette smoke at all. Had to cancel a lease prior to this stay for this reason. There was cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vents a few times. The staff addressed the situation quickly though and I could enjoy my stay.

Everything I need was there, really nothing material to complain about. Clean rooms in an ideal mall location, parking facilities, newly renovated as I paid extra to book for a fresh room

If you insist I will say the internet service provided was quite poor. But then I had the same issue with my phone internet so I presume the problem is more with the telephony company than with the hotel

Location is great. It’s in a Mall it makes life easier with PnP and Woolies banks etc. it’s a great place and close to the CBD.

They must fumigate the place. I spotted few cockroaches. They must also at least remove dirty towels and remove dustbins. My room wasn’t serviced from the day I checked in which was on Friday until I checked out on Monday morning. To be fair to them they left enough towels for the whole weekend.

This is an apartment. On top of a mall, with two major supermarkets, so everything in food and the such is available downstairs. Spectacular view on both sides. Nice staff. Near the old city centre with the Company Gardens and near all the main museums and art galleries for instance.

The deluxe room was just lovely, even better than the twin and double rooms we've been to before and the size of the room was great. What we really liked was that the room was so cozy and comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. The down side was the wifi. While complimentary it was a bit slow and we couldn't really appreciate the function of this facility.

Everything was lovely in this room. The only downside was the internet quality.

I want to thank the security, he was an absolute gentleman, I arrived late and I wanted to buy coke, I asked him where I could buy coke and he offered to walk me to a garage nearby. the next morning, when I left I asked him where I can get my uber to pick me up, and he carried my bags for me and saw me to my uber, also he asked to check the number plate of the uber as safety. he was so kind. thank you kind mister security man.

Neatness...central point to shopping areas

Bathroom...look into having a rod 2 mount the shower head atleast 500mm from wall...to close to wall ledge plus cant shower properly and wets ledge up...need more comfortable pillows..very bad neck injuries it caused

The view of the table mountain from the property is amazing, the room was so neat and tidy, and the fact that it's close to everything, also have shops around, the staff was amazing from the day that we came till the day we left, different ladies but same energy, polite and friendly. Definitely coming back.

They need to do a little bit of renovations, shower is old fashioned and couldn't even use it, luckily there's also a bath tub 😉
