The apartement was very nice. Very good located and very close to the waterfront. About 15 minutes to walk. Parking was no problem.

For the booked breakfast we have to go to a bakery. The selection was very poor there, many thinks are not available. Very close is the Cape Quater Lifestyle Villige, a small shopping mall. In the third floor are some nice located restaurants where you can sit outside to have breakfast. We can recommend this place for breakfast.

Apartments were brand new, super clean and the location was prime. Only 10 min from the waterfront and very close to downtown too.

I guess the only complain will be that the staff didn’t re stock our coffee and tea trays in the room. Other than that everything superb.

Great location, comfortable bed. Secure and very safe. Even gave us a bottle of water and milk with teas and coffees. Netflix and aircon as well. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back!

Staff need to clean a bit more thoroughly. But other than that really good. Nothing more I can say, was a really great trip. Will definitely be back!

I loved the location. The niegborhood was safe and the place was easyto locate. The staff was friendly, gave directions to local restuarants and helped with whatever I needed. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. I also felt very secure in the building

I was hoping for a better view as advertised in the photo. I thought I would a room with a balcony.It wasn't very clear when I was booking

Excellent location between V&A Waterfront an the town centre, with nice restaurants and cafés nearby. Clean modern building, feels very safe.

Unfortunately the bed in our suite was in a separate room from the living room, meaning that the air condition (which is in the living room) has no effect in the bedroom. Not all suites have this arrangement (others are open plan and that would seem to be preferable).

I have stayed in a lot places before and I must say the bed was super comfortable (I slept like a baby). The sheets were clean and the bathroom was spotless clean - with all essentials provided for your stay. The bar fridge had fresh milk, bottled water and fruit juice which was quite nice. The apartment has a coffee machine but if you're a coffee snob you will be disappointed by their pods - so bring your own or pop outside to a Cafe. The apartment is perfectly located so there's many restaurants, coffee shops and it's within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. The building is new, so everything is still in an immaculate condition, there isn't much to fault - it's great value for money. I would definitely go back, the apartment is great for a short stay or for people who are outdoorsy but want to sleep in a comfortable and affordable stay.

I was expecting the balcony shown on the picture but it's not what I got. My apartment did have a balcony but it was small and the view wasn't great.

The room was spacious, perfect for a couple it was relaxing, clean and cozy the bed was fine and comfortable the bathroom was clean. Nice surprise was the kitchen area, more than what was expected will definitely book room a again

The flat is confortable. The bed lining and the flat in general is clean and confortable. The flat is well located, although moving to the waterfront or to the city centre is a good 20 or 25 minute walk. The persons at the front desk are the best! super friendly and helpful.

The building was a bit smelly. There might be some smokers among the neighbours.

The accommodation is well equipped (microwave, dishes, small fridge, coffee machine, etc.). The fridge was filled with milk, orange juice, water which was a great service. The bathroom was well equipped as well and had a nice shower with great water pressure. Room in general was clean and comfortable. The apartment is perfectly located. Tons of nice restaurant, cafes and malls close by. De Waterkant is also a pretty safe area. All in all the place is great for short AND long term stay!

Its not really soundproof. If you are al light sleeper better keep your earplugs with you! And we had no hairdryer at the beginning but we got one later
