The overall appearance is luxurious

Ive been a regular guest at the hotel these past 2 years, and The rooms are starting to show wear. Little things like the scuffed marks on the headboard and bathroom cabinets, the kitchenette doors are hanging loose. Also, its so noisy in the area, at night. I also dont think the reception staff should be standing atound chatting loudly.

Pepper Tree honestly exceeded my expectations. The Staff at this hotel were really professional, kind and helpful; right from pick up at the airport to the reception, cleaning staff and spa staff. The room was beautiful, neat and clean; the bed was super huge and comfortable. Each time house keeping would clean the room; they'd leave a complementary piece of chocolate on the bed and I found this gesture really sweet. If you are a solo female traveler travelling either for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this place as it is absolute value for money. They do have free shuttles to the V&A Waterfront and Camps Bay at scheduled times which is a bonus point.

Clean, well organised, beautiful rooms

It is not the hotel’s fault but there are night clubs around the hotel and they play very loud music until 4am.

The staff were so welcoming and willing to go the extra mile with anything we needed. IThe room was lovely and well equipped, bedding was lovely and crisp. My son said it was the best hotel he’s ever ever ever stayed in and promises to come back soon! Hopefully he’s paying next time 🤣 have coeliac disease and the chef was so kind to make me something safe to eat. We didn’t get to experience much of the facilities due to our tight schedule but from what I did see - everything was lovely and a real treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was traveling as a single woman with two small children, the only thing I was a little nervous of was walking around the surrounding areas. I didn’t feel safe to do so we caught Ubers, it was a very quick and easy process. The hotel is very centrally situated and easy to get to most highlights of Cape Town.

The room was absolutely beautiful and was setup with flowers, choc dipped strawberries and a birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday - thanks to the team for setting this up. The spacious and elegant room exceeded our expectations. The Copa restaurant was also top notch - staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and polite. They made our stay extra special with a surprise bottle of fizz, celebratory cake and rose petals for our honeymoon. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the location was perfect for us, everything was a short and cheap Uber ride away (V&A, Camps Bay, Table Mountain) but also lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also provide a free shuttle to and from the waterfront and Camps Bay which was very efficient and handy.

Nothing could have been better. We can’t wait to stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Big rooms, amazing view from the pool deck, private cinema, delicious breakfast, turndown service and big rooms with a balcony. The hotel also has a free shuttle to Camps Bay and the Waterfront. This is a high-end hotel with amazing service

The hotel is a block from Long street. Our room was on the 8th floor and not facing Long street and you will hear the noice and music from Long street. The glass doors do provide a good amount of sound proof but if you are a light sleeper who requieres silence to sleep I would look for a hotel further fom the city center. Us personally, slept through it

Great hotel, super friendly staff, lovely restaurant with great meal selections, super convenient location with close proximitey to most activities.

Wifi wasn't all that reliable. It could just as well be due to the weather on the day.
