Clean and comfortable and close to all shops..the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good…

Parking could be come chaotic but we arrived back at the guest house in evening and could get a good parking spot but late travellers could have a problem

I liked the room and the whole place . It's is clean and comfortable as nothing on this earth bandla. Nontobeko was helpful in things that we required. Despite the stage of loadshedding being at stage 5 we loved our stay.

There was nothing much just that we were given an option to choose the type of breakfast and come morning we discovered that one of the options was unavailable. When our breakfast arrived we waited to no avail for bread. In my room I assume it was an accident filter coffee was placed instead of instant coffee. But I just think these things were minor in comparison to the great service we received from Tancredi.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. Staff welcomed us with opened arms and were helpful to accomodate an extra person with us. The rooms are neat and safe. Wifi connection is stable. Rooms are neat and clean.

The aircon in one of the bedrooms didnt work.

The Gentleman who Checked us in was very kind and Helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get his Name, but Thank you Sir. The Accommodation was nice and peaceful, very clean as well.

We were REALLY upset by what the Lady that was Cleaning did. Checkout time is 10am and we were still sitting at the Table after having breakfast, just having a Chat with my Partner at exactly 9:27am this Lady rudely comes to our Table and starts dusting it, No word whatsoever... She just came with her cloth and stated wiping. Like who does that? We were still sitting there and the time allowed us to be still be there. Her actions were as if she was saying; "alright you guys, get going... I want to Clean now" This lead to us just leaving the premises without even saying our goodbyes to the Gentleman that Checked us in who was very kind and helpful. For this action, I doubt I'll be coming back here again

The food was very good and the location was excellent with a shopping mall and food outlets just a very short walk away. The staff were extremely polite and helpful- Beds were really extremely comfortable. We had the largest room in the house.

There was nothing that we didn't like except the person who insisted on having the TV on in the dining room whilst he played with his phone.

The Guesthouse was good and Staff excellent. The facility needs some TLC, but that is not a big issue

We expected more from Pietermaritzburg, unfortunately that was a disappointment, foregone glory sadly.

The property is very nice, clean and comfy. I would definitely say it is value for money because there is not one complain I would put against the establishment. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. This is my second stay at the BnB and I would definitely stay there once more. I love the environment Tanicredi has because you definitely do leave as a Friend afterwards.

Just a pro tip, the microwave heats up everything but the food or maybe I used the wrong plate in there but I almost burnt. That’s the only thing I didn’t like even though if it was someone looking at me it would’ve appeared rather funny.

Friendly accommodating staff. We had to keep changing our arrival time due to ongoing traffic delays, and TK made us feel really welcome on our arrival. She got us settled in quickly. We were greeted with friendly smiles and delicious aromas out of the kitchen the next morning. We left well rested and fortified for the next stretch of our journey.

The decor was lovely. I particularly liked the verandah at the back that was very comfortable and also protected from the weather. I felt safe there . Also the manager was very friendly and kind. He happily prepared a light breakfast for me because I had to leave at 5.30. But on the second day the cooked breakfast was superb.

There were a few minor problems like the soap dispensers were empty and the cakes of soap were removed during my stay and not replaced. But I discussed these with the manager who responded appropriately.

Location was very convenient to where I was playing my tournament. Excellent breakfast.

Could do with a bit of maintenance. Light bulbs were burnt. Window latches broken.
