Absolute Farenden Apartments

The loft is very unique for a flat. The couch is large & comfortable, the bed is slightly firm but no big deal, loved the aircon, the kitchen had all utensils you would need (they should replace the pots/pans with nonstick though).The space is spacious just as shown in the photos

The showerhead is old & filthy it needs to be replaced. The tv is not HD & there's no Netflix. And the cleaners just opened our door & burgler bar whilst we were still inside instead of knocking first. But overall my stay was great !

We liked the modern layout, the easy parking under the building, and the quick competent check-in. This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with high-quality linen.

We liked the idea of a loft, but quickly realized that you need to get your suitcase up that steep stairs! And it makes bathroom trips long! Also, the bathroom needs tlc. The mirror is not over the basin, making shaving interesting. Also, the shower head was so blocked with calcium deposits spoiling a great shower experience. Also, the cleaners entered the unit with their key an hour before checkout catching me under the shower. They should check with reception before entering units. This made me feel that my privacy was not respected, and I will not be using them again in future

The apartment had complimentary items like tea, coffee, and sugar. Service items like a kettle, stove, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were available. The apartment is beautiful and tidy. The finishing touches are exceptional.

Please reconsider the 2 bottles of handwash and hand cream that's left in the bathroom. It's no longer hygienic for people to share such items. Also, I requested a late check out at 11am. It was not accommodated yet I only arrived at 23:30 the night before. There is no elevator.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well located for our needs. The staff was very helpful and obliging. Security was also good.

There is no lift, so getting luggage up the stairs is a challenge. Some of the things in the apartment needed some TLC but they were immediately replaced once we informed the staff about them. Lighting in thr passageway was really inadequate.

This was a self catering unit

On arrival we were given the keys from reception, no other explanations of how to go in and out of the building and also the lift wasn't working. imagine using the stairs with your luggage. I'm also not happy that there was no communication from the owner to welcome us or check if all is in order just as a courtesy. Overall the unit itself was exceptional!

Entertainment is limited because no music is allowed Also the tv satellite ain't Clear. Please Use HDMI for your TVs or get smartTvs with netflix youtube dstv.

I did like the fact that the staff were not disturbing.

I did not like the noise that was happening during the night and mid night.i wish the rooms had sound proof.

Firstly, Gary is GREAT! The place is great and has quality equipment (Bed, iron, couches, fridge, washing machine etc) The wifi has the fastest upload speed I have ever seen! And the location is literally 5 minutes walk to loftus so that's great!

The only I would have liked is a Smart Tv. I would change nothing else.

The place has all the necessities you require for a self catering accommodation. The place has safe parking and the area is nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There isn’t anything they can do about it now but the fact that the bathroom is downstairs is a bit of a hassle . Also the walls are a bit too thin , can hear the neighbouring guests.
