From the 24/7 security guards to cleaners and receptionist, everything was just perfectly fine, and the service was great. Also, the stuff was so welcoming. Even the neatness and freshness of this hotel is on another level, not even mentioning the respect and humbleness that everyone has. And the way I was so comfortable, I even forgot to check out on time, and they had to call me again just to remind me that my check out time has clocked. ❤️💯

The rooms are clean, sheets and bed are comfortable and the stay was just luxurious.

When we booked we were hoping to have a fun long weekend with plenty of swimming, however the swimming pools were not available as promised on the booking website. They must ensure that what they depict on booking platforms is what is available and as advertised.

We had dinner and we enjoyed it. The room was neat and clean and very comfortable. I loved the set up and appearance of the room.

The service was very bad a reception. Not very helpful I booked for a couple and the room was for a single individual I called reception requesting towels.... and it took 45mins. I called and was told they are too busy, i must wait. My husband went to reception and the lady was on the phone..... The manager had to assist

Did not have breakfast but the staff were very Welcoming. They know what it means and takes to be working in the hospitality establishment. Spacious room. Location is just excellent providing a variety of amenities within walking distance.

The one way road to and from the parking lot but was well controlled. I killed 2 cockroaches and I guess it is because they move from all the food establishments in.the area.

I did not like the fact had an emergency after my mother passed and had to live earlier and the facility could not refund me my one day that i did not spend a night there and I could not contact Booking.Com since they do not have any contact details and their app is not user friendly in that regard

Very close to the res my child stay at.so it was easy for us to reach her. VERY affordable and the hotel is so clean and a very safe.parking.

The water pressure in the shower was so low and the bathr6door dont open or close easily . They did not provide us with the menu inside the rooms when we called the reception they told us to go get the menu down stairs

Our room (standard apartment) had a water leak from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. Had to put towels on the floor. Moved to another room for one night (another standard apartment) and there were no lights in the bathroom

The hotel gave us an upgrade after the small room we booked had air-condition problem. We ended up in a deluxe suite. The hotel is in a quiet place if you really want to take few days off and rest it serves the purpose. Staff were amazing. The room was clean. Will definitely go back there

Guests making a noise midnight and I was shocked that the guests making the noise were the guests who we found at the reception and said they booked via booking.com which I think maybe the should be ways to report such thing and such people in booking.com site. Cause the hotel staff went to tell them that people are complaining about the noise and they kept quiet. After sometime they started again around 1.

The quality of food very excellent. Staff very friendly & very helpful.

The rooms have a "foul" smell. The walls & desk in the room need cleaning........ could have accumulated dust over the period & need a proper wash - triggered hayfever. Improve signage to show various locations e.g. Reception not on the ground floor when you enter & no sign showing where its located.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as was the rest of the staff. Also, I really like the smell of the diffusers

The room was a little cold even with the air-conditioning turned on heat at 30 degrees. But it's nothing to complain about, really since the blankets were enough.
