the facilities are excellent .

the fact that it is right opposite a very noisy entertainment venue , News Cafe . I could only get some sleep after 1 am when the closed . The hotel’s windows does not help much to keep noise levels out , even people walking past and talking could be clearly heard from inside your room .

Noise from the students who were going up and down the corridors. Not sure if they were all booked or maybe you need to have Security mending the entrance

The hotels design is beautiful and it's in the heart of the city. So, many places to see around. The bed was comfortable enough and stuff was amazing. They gave untimely delivery which was impressive. I had dinner in their traditional restaurant and the food was exquisite, especially the oxtail. I loved the bar. I am definitely coming back to this place. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately, the shower is small. The standard room wasn’t that big but overall clean and managed. The toilet doesn’t have a door. The air conditioner kept making noise but it was avoidable.

The located near everything we wanted to do around town. It was affordable classy stay. Ohhh the breakfast was super good. Had a good chill in the bar, loved it

The room did not have a bar fridge as advertised but we were provided with an ice bucket atleast.

Loved ❤ the block out curtains. They allowed me to sleep in because the theme of the holiday was 'rest'. The place was very quiet except for my son running around 🤭. I also loved the famous breakfast (buffet). Everything was fresh; food, juice and fruits. The food was exceptional and a lot of options to choose from. The room and bathroom were spacious and functional. Everything in the room was working i.e. fridge, aircon, geyser and the smart TV. The hotel had their own generator and we were not affected by loadshedding.

I had issues with the wifi here and there which I think was due to the loadshedding around the area.

The staff including the cleaners are very helpful and friendly, the hotel is surrounded by shops,restaurants and clubs, which is a relief for those that don't have cars, the romantic setup was the best part for me although there were no candles and only a few balloons but besides that I loved it, Thanks to Tebogo The Hotel is clean and attractive especially at night when the colorful lights go on 👌👌the beds are super comfy 😍👌👌

The pool was a bit too small therefore it got a bit crowded leaving little space for movement and another thing is that there are no chairs by the pool section where people can chill outside the pool if they don't want to swim therefore people are forced to sit around the pool and end up getting splashed by those that are swimming.

The room was amazing, very neat and clean and house keeping did a great job making sure that our room was tidy at all times. Room service was also quite efficient. The bar service was a bit slow and sometimes unattended, it would take us standing up to get a waiter to serve us at the bar. The food was okay, nothing special. Our overall stay was great simply based on the room being exactly what we anticipated, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Everything about the hotel is good: *Reception: friendly receptionist and easy check in. *Rooms: nice and big, clean, bed comfortable, AC perfect, bathroom spacious and clean. *Restaurant: Friendly staff, nice food however could use more variety on the omelette side. *Security staff on the entrance side: friendly and informative.

Unfortunately, on the day of checking out we didn’t have water in our room (6th floor). We did inform the reception and it took time for the water to come back and ended up using our friends room on the 3rd floor.

The staff at reception is very professional and welcoming. Big and comfortable beds. The room was spacious and the shower in the bathroom was lovely. The morning sunrise view from my room was exceptional.

The room I had reserved was not available when I arrived at the hotel. This is unacceptable. If there are such changes to my bookings I should be notified well in advance. Nonetheless, the alternative room given to me was adequate.
