The Loftus Park complex is a great place to stay in Pretoria. You are in a safe small area with many restaurants and bars as well as a few shops. We stayed here whilst working at UNISA for a conference. The conference venue was a short Uber ride away and we felt safe walking in the Loftus centre for dinner in the evenings. We left the day before the Rugby world Cup and were sorry to miss out on the parties taking place in the area!

We did have an issue with the shower flooding, but it was as we were leaving, so I am not sure of the outcome. I usually avoid big chain hotels, but this was perfect for our stay. This hotel did have some character to it that was nice.

Very well located, ideal for the world cup viewing, walkimg distance from shops and restaurants. Sky bar has great cocktails and very nice bar menu.

Staff were not as friendly as usual upon arriving, check in time has been pushed later by an hour, very unhappy about that. Waited 45min tot check in after check in time. They don't have amenities in the rooms anymore and instead of hygenic bottles of water there is one large refillable water bottle and large cintainer for shower gel.

The location is excellent and very central to our needs.

Had dinner and drinks in the Sky-bar Lounge. The food was very average and the waitress that served us was very poor. She showed no interest in us once she took our order and I had to go to the bar on two occasions to re-order drinks because she was not available. I also had to ask her 3 times for the bill and eventually only when my wife and I got up to leave did she eventually bring the Bill. Otherwise everything within our room was excellent.

The room was large, with plenty of room, extra seating, a desk, fridge, and a coffee station. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower + a bath ... and the water pressure was great. The aircon was quiet and very efficient. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in for as long as I can remember, with top quality linen. We didn't eat in the hotel because there are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

I could find nothing wrong.

It is really difficult to work out how to access the hotel parking. This really can be better signposted. We also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and were there about 15 minutes before the advertised closure time but we were informed that the restaurant had already closed. We insisted and we were eventually assisted but this should not be necessary. Please also do not start cleaning the place when you still have patrons having dinner.

The hotel is very modern (industrial style) and well looked after - nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast with lots of choices at the buffet. Good cappuccino and tasty hot chocolate, freshly made omelettes. Huge rooftop terrace with restaurant & bar plus swimming pool and stunning views. A popular spot for locals to chill out, prices for meals & drinks are moderate. Very good WiFi and perfectly working air condition/heating system. The hotel is situated in Loftus Park, a very nice area (next to the stadium) and close to the center. It offers a beautiful and clean environment with supermarket (Checkers), shops, restaurants and bars. Outside parking was not a problem, because the area is very safe. As far as we could figure out on of the best areas in town. A special thanks to Takhele, our waiter, who was always in a good mood, very attentive and extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Actually nothing to complain about. The only thing we could mention was the very heavy duvet on the bed. As it was by far too warm for the summer season, we took the duvet away and just used the duvet cover.

Good breakfast variety. It's a great location with all the surrounding restaurants and shops... and a good security system. free and easy parking

Kindness from the breastfast team can be improved, and noise sound from the neighbour's rooms can time to time, be annoying. My kettle and table chair was not perfect however I was on holiday, so I didn't report them. The Nespresso machine would have been a great option.

The hotel is very modern with beautifully decorated lobby areas and rooms. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. the staff service is friendly and efficient. generally everything was of an excellent standard.

the hotel parking is difficult to find as there is no clear signage that it is located in the basement parking of the centre. the towels in the bathrooms are tiny.

Hotel is in the right place...Nice rooftop restaurant with a baŕ for relaxing after dinner meals.A pool and spa would complete the hotel to be of top notch.

Bathroom basin is of good quality just it was not deep enough the water was spilling all over the basin top and mirror which would make guest look untidy..

Excellent, but really disappointed that only one person was included in my reservation.

I corrected my booking immediately after I made it for I room 1 person to 1 room 2 persons. It was 2 min after the initial booking. I’ve send an email to confirm my correction. Arrived at the hotel to discover the booking was never corrected - end up paying for the breakfythat was supposed to be included. This could have been handled better by hotel staff. Disappointing!
