The friendliness at all times. Your Hotel is clean and the service exceptional. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family. It is situated in the correct place, close to shops, etc. You will see us soon as this will be the my home away from home.

All was in order so I do not have any complaints as the service since arrived was brilliant. Friendly staff and the food excellent. The rooms was also very nice and clean. You must perhaps only look at the air conditioning system in room 361 as I found that it did not function well but we could sleep.

The staff was super friendly when we checked in. We were assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Lindiwe and she was very welcoming. My partner and I enjoyed the breakfast. Not a fan of chicken livers but I totally enjoyed the ones they served.

We waited for almost 30 minutes for an iron but we were informed that there was only 1 person on duty for housekeeping. The plain yogurt served during breakfast was too blunt.

The staff were all so friendly and made it very comfortable. After a horrid booking at a guesthouse we got to Garden Court at 21:00 on a Sunday and they helped us immediately! Then after one night decided to lengthen our stay instead of looking for a new guesthouse.

The aircon in the room was very weak! We never went to complain but that’s the only bad thing I would say, maybe the other rooms have better AC.

the property itself was great. the pool was well located. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. the gym room was great, there was just no bathroom in the gym.

the breakfast wasn’t great. I had beef on Sunday morning that tasted old. my one key didn’t work and when I went to get it ‘fixed’ their systems were down and they couldn’t do anything. it would be nice to have more seating space outside. the loungers weren’t used and it would be a good space for extra tables

Garden Court staff were so amazing. They were able to accommodate the needs of six kids and four adults. It was family friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner was so delicious. The hotel gardens are so beautiful and refreshing. it is closer to most restaurants, and N1.

Actually everything is perfect, that is why I prefer this hotel for my family and for my self just to relax and reach most facilities in Pretoria and Johannesburg.

the stay was peaceful and the breakfast was perfect. the property was clean, the bed was comfortable, bed covers were clearly tidy and clean. the network connectivity was superb, very fas wifi with no problems

the location is a bit tricky, but once you get it then it becomes simpler. there must be some high end display with visibility from far so to avoid driver changing lanes late which may even cause an accident.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the menu options were inclusive of every one. The Wifi was strong and easy to connect to. The staff was nice and friendly. They were always willing to assist me with additional rooms and meals at cost.

There's nothing I did not like. Really, the hotel was superb and accommodating in many aspects. None of the colleagues complained about anything.

Suzan at the front desk was an angel in disguise, after having trouble with a double booking at another hotel and being left with no where to stay, they welcomed us with open arms. All the staff was so helpful and concerned since it was not our first stay at the Garden Court. We felt like family

We have nothing to complain about. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile.

The check in was quick and staff were friendly. Kabelo at the dining area was excellent, serving clients with smile and making sure that the people had their food and drinks at all times. The chef lady came to ask about our food during breakfast. That was awesome. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Our daughters didn't want to leave the place.

It was clear that there was shortage of staff for catering. Kabelo was running around between clients at the dining. I suggest management consider atleast one or more personnel to assist. It's unfair to the guy. I felt pity for him.

I like how friendly the staff was they were so welcoming.

Our room had some minor issues the kettle wasn't opening to pour water and the bath room tap had some glitches when we wanted to use hot water the was no hot water running until we were made aware after enquiring abouth it that the cold water side is for hot water ,which I felt we could have been communicate with us when we arrive
