The bed and room sizes. The reception and communication with the staff. The quiteness and tranquility of the space. It is a very lovely place to rest and yet not far.

I was allocated a smoking room, but this was addressed swiftly and with care. The room had a bit of maintenance but nothing to be too worried about. The breakfast was quite basic but appreciatable. The coffee can be brewed for self service so that is stays warm. If you could also invest of fresh juices and not syrup mixes.

The Hotel was beautiful. The entrance hall all the way to the foyer, bar, breakfast section and room feels comfy and elegant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and a joy to talk with. The Room was big and the bath was huge. It can fit 2 people comfortable. The shower is big and the toilet is decent. There was coffee and tea available with a mini bar (own account if you take from it) with snacks and some soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. The breakfast was really good and it was amazing. Loved it.

The carpet was a bit dirty. Needs a bit of a clean.

Breakfast really needs work. One only has the option of a English breakfast, that is not prepared very well. No cereals. No other options. The cheap, sachet liquor in the bar fridge was gross, rather return to the original small bottles. It might be an idea to warn guests if functions are hosted at the hotel. We missed the use of the lounge

What an absolute gem, the views on this terraced grand old lady on waterkloof ridge are other wordly and the staff the most polished. The big sprawling house has beautiful furniture and fittings, English breakfast and high touch service at every occasion.

It's just a practical tip ,the driveway is extremely steep and parking tight. This is to be understood as its built against the mountain!Pack flat shoes to descend to the road ladies if you are catching a cab , you cannot do so in any heel.

The facility is great and in a very beautiful situation and it is safe. I have been there before, but I have to commend the staff. The front office managers are excellent and cannot do enough for their clients. This time Savemore went the extra mile to assist me in every way, and also helping me to navigate Pretoria with Uber as I don't know the city, calling to check if all was well. Then he specially prepared breakfast for me, without me asking, as I'd got back to the facility too late to have breakfast during their service hours. I was most appreciative.

The breakfast, while generous has disappointed on both occasions. The bread is really not good. Would prefer an option of plain or flavoured yoghurt with an option of fruit on the side, instead of already chopped into the yogurt. Maybe an offer of cereal options would also be good. So client has a choice. Would prefer for tomato done with the eggs to be properly cooked and thinner slices, not thick and hot raw. The decor in that area, ok, but the placemats don't fit the style of the place. Sort out the breakfast and it will be perfect.

The bed is very comfortable and sheets are clean. Very clean room.I could rest and study the place is very quiet and the view is amazing, especially at night. Undercover parking was a plus and the host were great. It is going to be my "me time" getaway always

The wifi was a bit disappointing. Did not enjoy the breakfast, they should let us chose and mix the fruits we want ourselves not cut them and mix with yorgurt.

What a lovely Boutique hotel. Well located and the most friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are very spacious and have lovely views. It felt like I was staying at a spa. They also have a vehicle for the hotel so you can arrange drop offs and collections at an additional charge which was very convenient. Thank you team for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property before and were glad to find it available during our recent stopover in Pretoria. The property is spacious with nice grounds. It's located in a gated community and has supplemental security of its own. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small, private balcony. The bathroom was very large with two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. Breakfast was a very nice service and the staff provided us a warm welcome.

The location is superb, with views over Pretoria. The huge bath was a beautiful feature. Room quite luxurious. Enjoyed the aircon and the pool view. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Just be aware of many stairs and the steep drive to walk up (it was worth the view). Breakfast could be improved. I wish I'd stayed more than just one night.

Location was excellent. Lovely view and outlook. Rooms spacious, light and great outlook over Pretoria. Staff very pleasant and helpful, friendly.

Soap, shampoo very cheap and nasty. Aircon did not work. Poor selection of TV chanels, no smart TV. Bit of maintenance needed in the room.
