Exceptional service and need to work on Flexibility We met a true definition of The Gentleman, who gave us an excellent service. He assisted us with bags, Most visible staff member who was always available to attend to all guest services. Always willing to offer a helping hand which made our stay most memorable. We didn't know where to start in preparation for setting up fire for braai. He was there to assist. This establishment is blessed to have him as a staff member. He's a gate keeper, host, customer service coordinator,unfortunately I'm terrible with names.

There's no flexibility in terms of breakfast preparation. We requested on a previous morning to have our breakfast at 07:00 the next morning as our itenary was starting early. The lady promised to engage chef to assist. On the day when we got there she said unfortunately they are unable to assist us with our request, The breakfast is served at 09:00. take away packs of slice of bread, beacon and egg on pack which we gave to those who needed to take madication before embarking on our Activities for a day.

This guest house is so beautiful and modern and spacious and clean. The people are so friendly and helpful. I'm really impressed with the stay. This guest house will be my favorite place to stay in Roodepoort area from now on.

The bedroom we had was very clean and comfy. Loved the aircon and balcony looking over Roodepoort. Was a very quiet stay, which was wonderful. Felt very at home and safe which is great. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, perfectly cooked. Toilet though separate from room was very clean and at least we had out own key so no one else can use it.

Having our toilet outside of the room was inconvenient but saying that I knew the toilet was external on booking so was not surprised. I just go to the toilet alot, so next time I know to book the other room. The breakfast though delicious, could be given a bit more hot as it was cold. ☺️

I liked the fact the room had aircon. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind and professional. I also like the fact there was wifi details in the room I didn't have to ask, that was very thoughtful.

I didn't like the fact the shower/ bathrooms are separated from the room. Also assigning of the room to the rest rooms. Also in the morning had to shower with cold water and the pressure of the shower is not working the way it should.

According to your guest, the dinner is phenomenal as well as the breakfast. There was one evening though when a guest was extremely loud, it did end up being a guest that visits there frequently, and that does seem to cause havoc each time he is there. I hope that this won't continue.

I book this for our community members who travel from other provinces, I like the open communication and the quick fixes when mishaps happen. (Like forgetting to book the full week)

The location of the guesthouse, cleanliness, breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

Staff was friendly and nice, units were clean and food was nice.

Parking space is a huge challenge, coming back at the am’s and the yard is packed with no space for your car now you have to wake guests up to park nicely and create space for you. On your booking site, please explain that the room with private bathroom outside is not really private in a sense that one can think of when booking. Highlight that its in a public passage that the other unit guests walk pass when they going to your room so the person booking won’t think S/he won’t be seen by other guests going to the bathroom. During the day in this heat plus load shedding, the generator was off. Apparently you don’t switch it on during the day☹️.

I received the best service I could expect from an accommodation A friendly host and reception who attends to me 24/7 Good breakfast every morning Clean facilities A proper place to stay in
