The room was in a quiet place very warm as it was beginning to be cold outside and very spacious too. and bed was comfortable pillows great and enough and i had packed breakfast well thought Items in my breakfast pack.

No thing everything was just perfect and the staff were excellent as I was leaving very early in the morning but would always find somebody waiting there at the reception site with my breakfast pack.

Place was WOW and the staff was amazing, especially the security guard. I'm recovering from a knee replacement, the security guard noticed that I walk with a limp, he reserved a parking for me close to the entrance. That for me was so special, his attention to detail.

The TV, please add more tv channels and upgrade to a smart TV.

We enjoyed our stay really. The staff was exceptional in their services . Very welcoming.

Unfortunately there's one staff member I asked for foam pillow and said he will contact the people responsible and he will revert back to me , but he never did. That was the black spot on my holiday. I've got a some neck injury hence needed a special pillow.

Friendly staff,cleanliness all round..great location. Secure parking with friendly and helpful security. Spacious, clean room. Bathroom clean and very modern. On-site restaurant with great food and atmosphere. Hotel is also near shopping centers and other restaurants

Room was big and clean

The staff member at the check-out was so busy on her cellphone and completely dismissed us. She was so distracted that she didn’t even make eye contact once. Terrible that one bad staff member has overclouded our experience. This will be the memory that comes up if someone asks us about that hotel. The inconvenience we were to the check out staff member. Bad service.

Last minute booking on our part. They were very accommodating and friendly. Check-in and check out were smooth. A restaurant/bar is located below that has a lovely vibe. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Only 1 bottle of water was provided when there should have been two. The duvet between the 2 sheets had a light stain.

Liked everything was very satisfied with the services and will definitely return in the future. The staff were on point and helpful ,special thanx to who Phillip went all out to make sure that we had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are spacious and amazing The staff was friendly and they met my requirements, they assisted where possible

They should put lively people at the reception(Kamo can put a bit of smile to clients she is way serious for her department)
