Everything. This is a fantastic hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. The rooms are superb with coffee/tea making facilities, dressing gowns, slippers and lovely fluffy towels. And this is the standard room. King size bed which was so comfy that you didn't want to get up in the morning. Restaurant is tasteful as is the food and so reasonably priced. Washing machines available (if that's your want). A roof top pool and sauna compliments ones stay if it is your thing. The hotel is right next to the beach with everything in walking distance. Local convenience stores and restaurants are in abundance. If I am lucky enough to go back to Busan then this is the hotel we will choose. And I am picky. A great place to stay and at such a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 from us.

This hotel was amazing, far exceeded our expectations! Room was huge, two big beds with sea view, huge separate bathroom with shower and bathtub as well two sinks. Rooftop pool is free of charge, only drink orders have to be paid. the View is fantastic especially in the evening. Liked the valet parking, keys have to be given to the staff and there is a button on the wall in the room that can be pushed if we need the car from the garage. Everything was digitalised, lights, facilities etc could be managed from a tablet.

There was nothing like this. Just one suggestion I guess would be beneficiary, however I know about the working hours of the employees if the rooftop pool would close later than 10 PM that would be great, even if it is opening up in the afternoon a bit later than 2 PM.

very big and comfortable room, and big and comfortable bathroom too. nice design of the bathroom in the room using glass. great pool on the roof. and it is quiet in the room despite the road along the beach. the hotel is close to beach and restaurants. and very good room rates indeed.

the view on abandoned lots and tennis courts is not so great

The room is divine. Good ocean view and size. It’s a bit far from the main shops about 500m but it is more peaceful. The front staff is very accommodating and professional. Keep smiling the lady receptionist, just make my holiday feels better when staff just smile. Pool is great but many people because of nice weather.

The toilet bidet doesn’t work most of the time. Makes it hard as not allowed to throw tissue in toilet. Lift a bit slow but just be patient. It’s a holiday.

Terrific location, friendly staff, nice rooftop pool

- The staff of room service need to improve their sense of service, we told the front desk that we’d like to have our room cleaned, but the room wasn’t cleaned at all; - The decoration in the room needs to be upgraded; - There is no view outside the window on the backside of the hotel;

Good location. Enjoyed the roof top pool although the music was not always fantastic. Staff were very helpful with printing airport tickets and such. Room was clean. Great bed.

Our room overlooked a construction site which to be fair was not very noisy. With hindsight I might have paid extra for the sea view. We had the breakfast at the weekend which was quite good although had to pay extra.

We stayed here for weekend getaway with my husband and adult daughter whom we were visiting in Seoul. The hotel was accommodating of our early arrival by holding our bags so we could go and eat but their check in policy of 3:00pm was pretty strictly adhered to. WE had a large seaview room with a comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The shower and separate toilet were spacious and cleverly set out to maximise space. The room contained everything required during our stay. I was impressed with the room aand it's better than a lot of other 5 star rooms we have stayed in. The pool area looked great but unfortunately it rained most of the weekend and we didnt use it. It did look fairly crowded with young families and it's a small area but I would still consider this hotel due to its pool. The breakfast was ok. Plenty on offer but a bit awkward in the covid era with having to wear plastic gloves to get your food etc. I guess they were doing their best in regards to hygiene standards and this is what we may need to expect these days. So this is more of a heads up than a grumble. An easy walk to the beach and shopping area.

Room is clean and spacious, the pool is the best too. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are kind and speak English fluently, also they are very helpful and assist you in every way. Thank you for a nice stay and we will always get this hotel everytime we are in Busan.

Perfect for a two day stay in Busan. Big, clean room with an amazing bathroom and tub. Rooftop swimming pool and Harman Kardon room system. Staff spoke great English and gave a free upgrade. 3 minutes to Hongdae Beach and about 5 to the Hongdae subway station.

Roof-top pool was excellent, also some food/snacks available. Nice view from the 14th floor room. During weekdays the breakfast was served to the table.
