The bed, pillows, sheets, and blankets were fantastic. The most comfortable and best sleep I've had in a hotel in recent memory. It might not be the best possible location you can get, but it is in a great spot. Extremely close to the action. Hard to beat the value you get for what they charge you.

Nothing was truly bad. While it's clean enough the floor in the room could have used a good scrubbing as there were some stains. Also, the wallpaper in the room doesn't look the best. It's kind of peeling in spots ,and you can definitely tell it's age. Also, if you're an extremely light sleeper you might be bothered by the sounds of water running through pipes from other rooms when toilets are flushed or water is used in whatever form.

I liked staying at the hotel, as it is in a good location, with quick access to the beach and the strip. The staff was really helpful and checked us in before 15:00. If you are arriving early you can request an earlier check-in time or just leave your bags at the reception desk. This property is really great value for money.

The bathroom can do with a good scrub and the temperature control light cannot be switched off. I can deal with the bathroom, but the light shining the whole night is a dealbreaker for me. I will definitely pack some blackout stickers. The property should also consider supplying two pillows for each guest.

Location was excellent - very close to Haeundae Beach and walking distance from the subway and buses. Also close to many different restaurants and cafes. My group arrived before check-in and we were able to leave our baggage and explore. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also got bottled water every day free of charge, which was a nice surprise. The bathroom had really nice toiletries, including a toothbrush kit. I also want to add that I am grateful for the convenience of the coin laundry near the front desk (upstairs). My group had been traveling for some time and it was nice to have access to a washer/dryer for really cheap.

My only complaint is that while we were there, the WiFi wasn't working. Not a super big deal, though.

Very good location near sea front, clean and comfortable. Near enough to metro. Staff very friendly.

Facilities closed but have to blame covid for that. Staff need to able to give tourist infomation a bit better - they were unable to assist with a couple of basic questions .

the location is easy to find from hauendae metro station, just keep straight till end of the beach and turn right, next to shilla stay hotel, beach is just accross and lots of food and shops along the the way. Facilities are very good for 3 stars hotel, with gym and cheap coin laundry cost 2500 wom in total. If you need more pillows you can call the reception and they deliver quickly. Lobby area is equipped with computer and charging cables for phones with comfortable seats.

price is pricy during my stay but i believe because it was because of BTS concert happening in the area.

Location was amazing and easy to get to. I particularly enjoyed having the convenience store attached to the hotel and I also appreciated using the provided laundry room. The staff were also friendly.

There was some stains in my room's shower that made me uncomfortable being in there. However, because the Ibis is a 3 star hotel, I decided not to complain to staff. That level of deep cleaning is unnecessary for a 3 star hotel.

The location was perfect. Close to public transportation, shop restaurants, and the beach. Surprisingly good location and condition for the price.

The reception: There were 3 staff at the reception and 2 were so dull, I would prefer to use the kiosk machine. Impossible to get information from them. They don't know anything around or they don't want to talk? The room: The lock of the toilet door didn't work. The lamps were too dim. It wasn't as good as other ibis.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 3-5min walk from Haeundae beach. It has a 24hr McDonalds just down the road and a good number of CU's and Emart 24 close by. The bathroom has wonderful lighting and I like that it has a separate shower.

The hotel windows are all the same size, very small and narrow. The hotel doesn't really have anything going on in the lobby. They used to have a cafe that you could sit and order drinks from in the lobby but it has always been closed every time I've stayed there.

The rooms were more spacious than first thought. The bed and the view were quite nice as well. We stayed only for the night but it was a good stay, for the value of money.

The bathroom and some lights in the room did not work. Also, the lights didn't work very well and would turn on and off. Then the bathroom shower was hard to get to work and some features didn't work at all.

The hotel is convenient. Around 5 min walk to Haeundae Traditional Market street and 10 min walk to the subway station. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure is excellent. There is E-mart24 convenience store on the ground floor. The hotel also let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
