The place is amazing and really near the ocean. They gave me a nice room with an ocean view. The bed was really soft and I slept like a baby. The staff was all really nice and they let me store my bags because I arrived early. They were very responsive to all my inquiries. I would definitely book this place again!

You have to walk around 10 minutes to reach the subway station. Not bad but a bit challenging in winter.

Cleanliness, hygiene and security. The property was well maintained and looked like it was recently opened for business, the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Pity we did not get the chance to visit the basement for the breakfast due to our tight schedule, but will definitely do so the next time we visit Busan and stay at your hotel.

We couldn't find any reason to bring up. However, we do noticed that it would be very helpful to provide attractions nearby the hotel, for food and cultural enrichment. The latest happenings during our stay would be useful so we can compare with information online and decide which we would prefer as recommended by the hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft. Room had all facilities we needed and were cleaned every day. We got a view to the ocean, so that was a very pleasant surprise - we loved it very much. That is one reason location is great - the beach is close and its pretty calm area. The bus and metro stations are close, main street with shops is pretty close by, a walkable distance. There was shuttle bus stop to airport very close by too! The breakfast was delicious and had good options. We really enjoyed the Korean breakfast! I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back!

On the they we arrived some places in room looked a bit dusty, but it was cleaned properly after cleaner came. One blanket had a small hole in its cover, so maybe it would be good for hotel to renew some of their covers as it looks old. But overall it is not a big deal.

Nice staff, big room, comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! It is very close to Haeundae beach, but Busan is a big city so the Hotel can't be close to everywhere. Check which locations you are going and how to get there. Many restaurants/cafes nearby and there is a 24h 7-eleven right in front of the Hotel, which is very handy.

The room felt a little bit cold, but it was peak winter and temperatures were unusually low in Busan. The duvet was good enough to keep us warm at night though.

1. Good Location. It takes a 5 min walk to the Haeundae beach and less than 10 min walk to the Dongbaek station or Haeundae station. Also, bus stops are very near. If you want to go shopping, take green line 2 to Centum City station. 2. Very clean. Everything was clean. 3. Very kind staff members. They provided water during hot summer days and they also helped me to order taxis at a very good rate. 4. Convenience. In front of the hotel entrance, there is a 7-11 store, also Starbucks Reserve is very near and is open at 8 am, so it was convenient to have breakfast and move to the beach after. 5. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I also stayed in the Gwangali branch of this hotel. I think a good advantage is that the room was quite big.

I think I liked everything, but I would like to give my some short notes because I always read comments before I book:) 1. In general, the hotel rooms are a bit dark. So it was hard to apply makeup as it was very dark. BUT I think the room vibe is good to fall asleep fast. Good vibe for couples. 2. I think shampoo and shower goods were not enough for 2 people, so I used those I brought with me. But maybe you can request additional.

Right now there's a large flattened lot used to be the Hotel Grand. So the ocean view is good and if the sky is clear you can see Tsushima island clearly beyond ex-Hotel Grand and beach. There're some convenience stores and a Lotte market, and some Korean restaurants. Uber is very convenient to move around.

We didn't need a massage chair. Glassy interior design is not our favorite. Sofa wasn't wide enough. Since The Hotel Grand was gone, the area was some way not lively.

Room was clean, room service was excellent (room was tidied up every alternate day as requested) Front desk staff were friendly and helpful (provided advice about where to shop, helped to call a cab from the hotel to the airport) Breakfast was excellent - all options were tasty and fresh - good value (bulgogi beef rice,western sandwich set, western breakfast set) Hotel was 10-12 mins walk to beach

Thursday, Friday, Saturday crowd at the establishment opposite the hotel Could hear the customers at night sometimes (but the hotel staff did their best and arranged accommodation on high floor) Other than this, the hotel's staff and service met and exceeded expectations.

Well appointed and tastefully decorated room. Lots of space in the room and everything you need. I would expect a room of this category in much prizier hotels. Unbeatable for 60 € per night. Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and bars in Haundae yet it is quiet in your room so you can sleep well. You just have to know that Busan extends over a really large area. If you want to explore downtown Busan and the famous fish market it takes about an hour by subway to get there from the hotel.

Like often in Korea the spoken english of the staff is pretty poor. I had one of the very few rooms without seaview but didn't really care. I probably paid less for it.

it's clean, coffee is provided and I am sure there are nicer rooms.

my room had only one very small window without much daylight and certainly without any view. there was no space for clothes or to unpack anything. beds were way too soft for me but I already have problems with my back so this is no critic just for your information.

it was well located, the staff was helpful and kind, and the beds were comfortable.

The laundry room only had one machine for washing and one for drying, and both were pretty bad. the location is good, a small walk to the main street and subway and bus stops, but if you’re carrying big luggages than i suggest you find a hotel closer to the station/ bus stop. And the bathroom didn’t have a bidet.
