- Friendly, English speaking staff. When I arrived the guy on reception gave me a map of the area which he annotated with the best places to eat, sightsee, etc. - Good location. Very central in the city - Water, coffee, hair products, etc provided with the room - Room was very big, with seating, a table and Netflix on the TV

- Bathroom sink had a leak. Any water that went down the plughole came out the back. The bathroom was a wet room, so not a huge issue as the water drained away, but don’t think it was supposed to do that - Slightly worn down and a little grimey. Didn’t really bother me, but I don’t think I’d come here with a partner to be honest - Room was left unlocked after cleaning. South Korea is very safe, so wasn’t a huge problem, but would rather it had been locked while I was out

Rooms were large, spacious and clean with various window options, a card control system, air conditioning and a big cozy bed. My bathroom had a bath, shower and toilet with a bidet. All equally as clean and spacious. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helpful and spoke English. My room was serviced everyday: I'd come back from an adventure to find a clean, freshly made bed, new soap/TP and even free water bottles in the fridge. The hotel itself is wonderful in every regard but the greastet thing about the Elysee is the location: It was so magical to be just a staircase away from Busan Tower and a hop and a skip from BIFF Square, Bosu Book Street, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street, the Busan Museum of Movies and the LOTTE Department Store Gwangbok; a mall home to the largest indoor water fountain. That as well as being a few minutes from Jung-Ang and Nampo stations and a less-than 10 minute train ride from Busan Station. Overall, Elysee was a huge contributing factor in making my time in Busan a magical experience and I would easily book again if I ever returned to Busan.

Some of the electronics had exposed wiring and could be replace and it'd be nice to have more clear English instructions for both the washing machine and dryer. Not biggies, just minor nitpicks.

We had free parking, free laundry facility and the staff was really nice

We had an issue... A random electrical worker entered the room without any permission. Also we noticed that someone had entered the room when we were out for dinner. The 8 stars could be even better but we had that issue. After complaining, talking to the manager and to the boss by phone, we received the money back and the apologies from their side. We were a bit nervous thinking that someone could enter the room at night while sleeping. If that problem does not happen again to anyone anymore, yes, we will recommend that accomodation for a short stay in Busan.

good location with bus stops, convenience stores nearby. walking distance to metro exit although it is a 5-10minutes walk inside the metro itself. nearest metro is one stop away from busan station as well. staff was also super friendly and helpful, amenities like water cooler, microwave and stove to cook ramyeon was readily available in the lobby.

had to climb up a hill to reach the hotel which may be a slight struggle. limited hangers and hanging spaces. transparent toilet door.

Good spot to stay in Busan for a while! Big room, very big bathroom/shower/tub. It’s within walking distance to Nampo/Jagalchi, which is one of my favorite places in Busan after having lived there for 2 years in the past! You’ll have easy access to a lot of great street food if you stay here.

My only problem was that the comforter on the bed was very thin and the bed is right below the air conditioner. I woke up cold at night a lot, and would have to turn off the AC which would wake me up again later because the room would get hot. In retrospect, I should have just asked for a second comforter. They probably would have given me one.

-the location is great. it’s not to far from center and the bus stop and metro is reachable by walking. -many near by restaurants and minimart. -the room is quite big. -quite at night

-the air conditioner is very smelly and lots of dust. it made the room fulled of cigarette smell. -the remote controller is out of battery. i need to put the battery from tv’s remote controller. -there are used toothpaste in the toilets. -they provide computer but it can’t open. -the linen is very thin and the air conditioner located where the air blows on your head…so it’s quite cold when you sleep.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, microwave and cooking devices provided in lobby, laundry available. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We were allowed to store our luggage at no extra cost.

It’s on a hill, so at the end of the day when we were tired we had to walk up to the hotel.

I loved the location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, the markets, BIFF Square, Busan Tower, subways, and busses! We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was the perfect size and had a large bathroom. The staff were also all amazing and they helped us with transportation as we were leaving. I plan on staying here again during my next trip to Busan!

The fridge in the second bedroom didn't work and we couldn't adjust the ac in that room either. Also, there was mold growing the bathroom that could easily be cleaned with some bleach.

The room is so big, and there is bath tub in the bathroom. The toilet was completed with high technology but unfortunately it doesn't work. The room is clean and complete with shampoo, body shower, conditioner, hair gel and body lotion.

I think the bathroom design is not sync, there is no place for towel in the shower room. The lighting is so dim, seems like gloomy.
