We booked a corner room up high to take advantage of the views. This did not disappoint. Views were fantastic! The location is the BEST. Just outside of Nampo-Dong it takes advantage of being close to all activity yet a quieter place to return to for the evenings. Having said that there is plenty to do in Yeongdo with markets and BBQ stalls very close. it feels more local and not as touristy. The staff are lovely and helpful. Finally, the bed was wonderful! The most comfortable bed. The toilet bidet, excellent.

The room is a little small and furniture a bit tired. But it was totally fine for a couple on a few day stay. To be honest the positives outweighed the negatives.

Our suite was spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. We could watch sunrise and sunset, with almost 180-degree views from its corner position overlooking the city and waterways. We liked that the hotel was a stroll away from the heart of Busan across your choice of two bridges. There was also a bustling street food market just outside the door most nights, and lots of great local restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was extensive and good quality, but the same Korean dishes were served every day. A little variety would have been nice given we were there for 4 nights.

We couldn't fault our accommodation but were disappointed in the lounge/cafe area on the top floor of the hotel. It had amazing views, was open to the public, and the staff were good, but the selection of food and drinks was very average. They are definitely wasting the potential of this space.

Well appointed and spacious rooms. Great views across the harbour and water. Bathroom was great with separate toilet. Loved the rain shower. Close to Nampo station and lots of bus stops to take you around. Lottie mall complex was nearby offering many choices for food. We were close to the ferry harbour but abit of a distance from the airport.

Wifi kept dropping offline so that was an issue. We told reception and they sent someone up immediately but we continued having issues. Lifts took awhile for the higher level floors to arrive. Reception Staff were a little aloof.

This was my second stay, and it was better than the first time, which was also good. The main issue during my first visit was the spotty wifi, but this time everything worked fine. I was on the highest floor for rooms and had an amazing view. This time I did visit the rooftop cafe, and the view was excellent. I really love the location of the hotel as it's at the very entrance of Yeongdo and just a short walk across the bridge to Nampo-dong. Staying on this side of Busan makes traveling to areas such as Taejongdae, Gamcheon Culture Village and Dadaepo beach a lot more convenient. Travelers have complained about public transportation being too far away, but for able-bodied people, the short walk to the subway station is pretty easy. Plus, the buses aren't too difficult to figure out and are quite close to the hotel. This is definitely the hotel I'll stay at whenever on the west side of Busan.

On this trip nothing was wrong.

Modern hotel in a good location. I got the port view room and it’s really beautiful view! Loved sitting by full length glass enjoying my hot drink and taking in the view. The beds were really comfortable too. Room is a bit on the compact side but it was sufficient for me and my companion. I requested a quiet room and it was indeed quiet and peaceful.

Of all the hotels we stayed in in Korea, the WiFi here is very disappointing. I often could not even log on. No green tea offered in-room, only coffee packs, which is also a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious, the shower room was great. All the facilities were provided (except a toothbrush and toothpaste, but I was informed about it in advance). There was a coffee drip provided. Also, all the guests might go up to the rooftop and enjoy an incredible view of the city.

The location might be tricky to find, especially if you walk by foot from the central part of the city. The city view is actually the view of the other hotels with a small part of the water. But overall it doesn't affect the impression much.

The hotel was generally good. The room size was good, the rooftop coffee was delicious, and the view was nice too, and if you walk across the Yeongdo Bridge, Gwangbok-dong is close by.

The area around the hotel was too chaotic, and the sidewalks weren't properly maintained, making it uncomfortable to walk. If you plan to travel around with children and explore by walking, I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, the entrance to the lobby was chaotic, leading to confusion about where taxis should stop and where to wait when calling for one. Also while staying at the Lavalse Hotel for a week, I needed to do laundry. However, the hotel's coin laundry room was too dirty to use, so I had to use 'Cleantopia Coin Wash' near the hotel instead.

It's a nice hotel: as a family of three travelling with a 8-month old baby we booked a spacious room with a splendid view of the city. It also has a small spa with a sauna in the building and a cafe/bar and a terrace with amazing views at the very top. It's close to the neighbourhood with some great restaurants and on the weekend there's a night food market next to it where they serve delicious food.

We found the room design with a table top island next to the bathroom as inefficient use of space but it was really a minor thing.

Location was really good, there's a nice little seafood market downstairs at night and the hotel is a short walk away from BIFF Square and Jagalchi market. Staff were lovely and the room was very nicely decorated. The view from the room was incredible!

The WiFi connection is very weak and also on one of our days, they ran out of large towels so we had to use small ones which wasn't ideal!

Stayed on the 22nd floor oceanside, view from the hotel room was absolutely incredible. Beautiful spot to wake up every morning. Lots to do on the island and easy to get to beach spots and other fun activities by bus. Nice fish market set up in front of the hotel nightly. Lovely rooftop cafe for breakfast in the mornings and laundry is affordable.

The full length mirrors in front of the toilet is a little disconcerting lol. Fan in the room was a little noisy at night. Nothing major at all 😊
