Excellent value at an excellent location. Great size room for Korean standards with all the toiletries included including robes and slippers. Right next to Jagalchi market and BIFF street with lots of food options. Right next to metro stop and multiple buses. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location as it is near bus stops, BIFF Square, food and street markets, shops and Lotte Mall. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. There is a free coffee and massage chair in the lobby. You can also leave luggage before and after check out. Since there was no aircon and it was hot even on winter/fall, they provided electric fan.

The room and bathroom was not very clean. The furnitures also showed some wear and tear on its painting. Although it was fall/winter (November) it was hot in the room as window opening is very small and you have to close the curtains or else the people from adjacent buildings will see you.

The location here is the best! It is near the BIFF where you can see branded shops as well as street foods! Infront of the hotel is a bus stop. You can hail a taxi just infront if the hotel. Jagalchi market is across the street from the hotel. The seafood restaurants where you choose the fresh seafood to be cooked are just amazing. The food there was just great. It is much quieter than the hustle and bustle of Seoul but still as busy as can be. The staff were also accommodating and can speak in English. Our room size was just right for the 3 of us in the family. There is also 24 hour free coffee and tea at the lobby/dining area.

The food choices for breakfast were so limited. It was just abalone porridge and pork bulgogi. The pork bulgogi was delicious though.

our most happy stay during our trip! Location is great! Near to subway station and bus stop. very near to biff square, walking distance to jagalchi market which is jz opposite the hotel. Walking distance to lotte mart is acceptable too! Staff are friendly and helpful, house keeping make up our room plesently. Hotel provide free coffee and u can enjoy the massage chair at the lounge for free! Many eateries nearby the hotel. C u mart is jz downstairs. We truly enjoy our stay and we definitely choose this hotel again if we ever visit Busan in future!

Really there's nothing to complaint

The location is very good for our requirements, which is very near a subway station, a market (for fresh seafood), a good range of restaurants, night market food carts, affordable shopping area, nearby convenience stores and other amenities. One strange but acceptable thingy was that despite us putting a "Do Not Disturb" sign our room got tidied up anyway! But its OK because we were mostly out of the room the whole day. This hotel in my opinion is considered a tourist hotel and it is really good value for its price. I would strongly recommend based on the criteria I listed above.

Absolutely great location. I was feeling ill, and had messaged ahead and the front desk staff arranged for my room to be ready early, which was a huge help. They also sorted me a taxi to the hospital later. To my surprise, I wasn't charged for the early check in. Oh and the room had a partial sea view which I wasn't expecting!!! Nice room, decent bathroom. I had a massage at the 2nd floor foret therapy that was absolutely amazingly good.

Guests are offered a minimised housekeeping service where bins are emptied and towels replaced but it's very hit and miss whether you get two bath towels in the bag or maybe some extra floor mats instead! 🤣 The bed was a touch smaller than expected and very hard.

Right next to BIFF SQUARE! Lots of street food. Perfect location for all types of public transport, buses and subway right at the front door. Two subway stops from ktx station. Clean, comfy rooms. Quiet nights.

Lobby was on 4th floor from memory, so little to no interaction with hotel staff. Not very friendly, just got processed and checked in/out. No info verbally given about hotel amenities.

Excellent location right next to BIFF Square near to shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean.

Only basic shampoo and body wash were provided. No other bathroom amenities. Breakfast starts only at 8am to 10am and it's a set breakfast. Either abalone porridge or pork with rice, with some side dishes. The reception male staff on the 1st day was not very helpful but the lady staff next morning was a lot better.

The room is very clean, close to many amenities and street food.the nearest subway is Jagalchi station exit 7. Complimentary drinks at the lobby area.

The staff at the reception can be better. Initially i thought only the one lady staff but another young chap is the same. So is the culture of the reception with grumpy faces or perhaps they are over worked. I am sure will uplift the hotel with well train staff, after all this is service industry. .

Really very close to BIFF Square (just turn right side after exiting the hotel) and the shopping street. While the hotel did not provide breakfast, you can find a coffee machine at Level 4 of the building (free to consume).

If there is no dine in breakfast in view of COVID-19, hotel should provide at least take-out daily breakfast. No need to be lavish, just simple sandwich, hard-boiled egg and a pack of milk / beverage should be sufficient.
