Beds very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities you need: shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, bottles of water, kettle, etc. The room was very spacious. The staff was very nice: when we got there, we had first a room but unfortunately it smelled like tobacco , when we informed it , they changed our room right away. We spent there just one night but I wished we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast: when we were there, there wasn't the buffet as we expected but just a main dish (American breakfast) which was not very tasty.

The hotel is centrally located next to a lot of sights, metro, and shopping street/ mall. Breakfast was ok, staff was friendly and it was very clean. You will be provided with a bottle (or 2) of drinking water in the room every day. Tip: Use Nampo metro Station instead of Jungang and just walk straight for about 5 minutes. It's way easier and faster than the suggested Jungang Station on Kakao/Google Maps.

We needed to do the laundry and asked at the reception, they just gave us the price list for the laundry service which was very expensive (also, they don't speak english very good). Unfortunately as we were about to check out, we saw that it would have been possible to wash the laundry in a designated laundry room for guests in the hotel which would have been way cheaper (or free?) But no one told us about it when we were asking...

I booked this hotel to stay near Busan Port to catch the Queen Beetle to Fukuoka the following morning. The hotel has a well-lit and warm facade, is located only a few minutes walk from metro, the rooms were clean, the staff helped me to book a cab to the port and the breakfast was delicious.. Overall, i was satisfied w the service.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Great location, near to the Busan Tower and subway station. Many convenience stores around the area and room was clean...

Be honest the parking lot assigned to all customer very uncomfortable specially if you have a big car or SUV. The gentlements working in that area were very helpful.

Initially, I booked with other hotel, it was horrible, the very next day, paid penalties and moved to this hotel . Almost same price, the difference of the quality you can't imagine . The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is the best The staffs are the best. Everything is the best. Best of all, it is cheap for the quality. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Will come back for sure.

There are cafes at the entrance and it was very convenient . Rooms are neat and clean. All staffs are very good. I also e joyed massage salon as well. There’re many local restaurants around this hotel. I’m sure I’ll come back here next time.

Nice hotel. Great location near animated district but in a quiete street. Reception staff was very friendly and spoke English. Room was clean and beds confortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Good location to get to sights, shops and eats - mostly walkable. Rooms are big enough and comfy.

There wasn't breakfast buffet available, but was offered a set meal. However, we went to the opposite cafes (in the hotel) for a quickly lovely breakfast.

location is in the middle of karaoke and private bars. A lot of roudy and drunk people especially at night.
