The hotel was really accommodating, allowing me to check in 4 hours early since I only had one day to visit Busan. The hotel clerks were so helpful! They answered questions, booked taxis for me, advised me on eating and restaurants, definitely went above and beyond for me. Both clerks that I interacted with could speak English, thankfully, since my Korean is still very beginner. The facilities were great, everything new, and even the products they gave you to use were superb quality.

The location was good in the sense that it was off the beaten path a bit, not along the beach like most other hotels and resorts in Busan, but I had to take taxis everywhere. I prefer to walk if possible when traveling. It was right in the middle of all the markets of Busan, including the largest fish market in Korea. So when I stepped outside of the hotel, I felt like I was immersed in Korean daily life, but the smell took a bit to get used to if you aren't from a coastal area yourself. I always felt safe but still took taxis everywhere since I traveled alone as a woman. There is the Lotte Department store and subway about a ten minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and convenience stores just near the hotel.

Staying at the Ocean2Heaven Hotel was truly heaven. We just loved our stay there. We stayed at the hotel for five nights for our whole stay in Busan. We found its position so handy to the subway and bus to Songdo beach and the Ami and Gamcheon Cultural Villages. Our room was fabulous. It was spacious and had a wonderful balcony with a view over the interesting working harbour. We loved watching the boats and lights at night. The hotel also has a great public spa within the building. We visited there numerous times and it was free for guests which we appreciated. But the best thing about the Ocean2Heaven is the wonderful staff. They were so helpful and attentive ALL the time. They gave us a wonderful map upon checking in recommending restaurants in the area. We tried nearly all of them and they were delicious. Anything we asked them they were able to help us with. I also so appreciated when I booked the wrong dates they allowed me to change my dates of stay. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is superb, with very detailed little features such as heated floor, lots of charging points around the room and etc to keep you super comfortable staying here. Not to forget the huge bathtub for a warm soak after a long day of walking and climbing stairs across train stations. Super clean and it is exactly what you see in the pictures. So close to local market, Jagalchi Market, CU Marts and train station, making it super convenient to eat and travel. The staff is very friendly and nice, even took the effort to show us a map on how to navigate around some areas and food recommendations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating. The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided. Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

the seaview and the surrounding seafood roadside stalls. Special mention to the hotel staff Dton left a very good impression to me and my wife. He went to the extra miles to explain about the area around the property and also highlight on Halal food place. He also teach me on using the taxi app. He also gave me and my family the opportunity to ride the Beach Train and Train Capsule by advising us on a valuable hack allowing us to but the ticket and avoid the long queue at Mipo station. If i have the opportunity to visit Busan, will definitely go to this hotel for the nice sea view and services, even though it is far away from attraction.

It was indeed a pleasant stay. The hotel is super clean from the entrance, Lobby, Lift, Corridor and rooms. There's a balcony in the corridor tht has a spectacular view of the Busan Harbor Bridge and GCV. My family of 6 enjoyed the stay. The location of this hotel is so near the subway station, convenient stalls, Gamcheon Cultural Village (GCV), Busan International Film Festival Square and other Tourist Attractions. We had a good chat with the friendly owner of the hotel and had a good photoshoot with him. He helped us in so many ways such as booking the taxi, touring the family room, Luggage care after our check out, searching for a halal restaurant for us and provided us with a list of awesome places near his hotel. Totally recommended place to stay in Busan. Thanks again for the awesome experience.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable to stay in. It has convenient parking in the entrance if you are thinking of driving to Busan, and super near the Jagalchi Market, BIFF and other local attractions that make Nampo special. The bus also passes by the hotel, if you wish to use it to visit it her parts of the city. Despite being near shops, it doesn't get noisy so you still get a good sleep. The front desks are alway helpful and are willing to converse and help you with your stay in Busan.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

the location of the hotel was superb. near to every where - biff zone, jagalchi market, sin donga market. basically near to all the food area. near to jagalchi station too. staff were helpful and willing to provide any information u need. view from balcony is good to have - can see fishing Harbour and gamcheon culture village. although the exterior look rundown but interior of rooms are fantastic! clean and new!

if they have more family suite, would be good for people with kids. easier to move around. we book 2 rooms to accommodate 2 adults 2 kids and they dont have connecting room. but was glad that we are able to get 2 room side by side.

Location is fantastic, just a few subway stops away from Busan KTX Station, hotel itself is a short distance to subway and walking distance to Jagalchi market, shopping mall and BIFF square. Gamcheon is also nearby. Hotel also comes with a large tv with Netflix! I like that the room floor is not carpeted, feels clean on the feet. The staffs are all all very friendly, helpful and can speak English.

The staffs are super friendly and very kind to us, knowing we had a 1yo kid with us! They speak english, and helped us with directions and planning of our trip. We love the space of the rooms, it was amazing. The wet toilet is separated from the dry toilet, so one of us can shower, and the other can relieve separately. The location is also great, being right smack at Nampo, a few blocks away there is some street side vendors selling fruits, the strawberries so so so good and cheap! The fridge isnt really cold, so what we did was to leave the fruits out at the balcony instead cause that one works like a charm.

We didnt know how to operate the aircon. and we were quite lazy to ask the staff for help. Ended up leaving our balcony doors open so that we can have proper ventilation. If you keep the doors closed at night, it gets really warm. In a sense, the heater works! haha.
