Amazing value for the money! The room and the bathroom were huge, as well as the large bed. Was really shocked should this after experiencing super small hotels in Seoul. Had a tub and a shower which were all very clean. Nice view from the 12th floor and quiet. Location in the city center with a 10 minute walk to the subway. Would love to come back here.

Couldn‘t work the AC to become warm but honestly didn‘t ask the staff as I was only staying 2 days, so my fault. Just put on a sweater :-)

Modern and spacious room and washroom. Quiet environment. Well located near restaurants, convenience stores and subway stations. Free clothes washing machine was well appreciated. Kind cleaning staff (the unsung heroes of every hotels)

The hotel offers a minimalist (their own word) breakfast. Sadly, the breakfast offering was quite disappointing for such a luxury business hotel. They would easily deserved a rating of 10 if they offered bit more items such an espresso coffee machine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant noddles. In fact, we had to extend our stay by two nights in Busan and we opted to move to the Gwangbok neighborhood where our selected hotel offered the best breakfast buffet we encountered during our 3 week stay in South Korea.

I love their generously spaced bathroom that had 3 sections: toilet, large spa bath in the middle and a separate shower. The hotel also provided beautiful bathrobes which was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and also spacious. They had free laundry facilities on the lower floor you just buy the detergent at a very small fee. Easy to use microwave also provided on the same floor. I was allocated a room with great view as per my request. Appreciate this very much. And I could open the little window for fresh air and I didn't have to use air con all the time.

The coffee mug and cup (for bathroom use) were both dirty. I had asked for another as well as coffee sachets. The replacement mug and cup were still not washed properly. I had to wash them in the bathroom sink. They did give me more coffee sachets though I get that hotels in South Korea don't typically provide that because of coffee shops being abundant everywhere you go. I've stayed in hotels before hence I expected that kettle plus coffee sachets and tea to be standard. I also couldn't maximise use of the automated toilet coz it had too many buttons in Korean. I couldn't be bothered to figure it out using Google translate.

Quiet and comfortable. Full-height windows with great view of city and hills from higher floor. Heated toilet seat (!) with full bidet functions (I'll try anything once), and a bathtub (favourite feature).

Cleaning and resupply (eg coffee) is by request only, and they didn't get the message the first day. So I gave up, said "no cleaning" and requested only a full supply of coffee for the duration, done. Walls and windows needed cleaning. I wiped a small blood stain off the wall myself (yuk), also face- and fingerprints off those glorious windows. I removed the keeper chain from the bathtub plug because it's uncomfortable to lay on. Easy fix; please don't put it back. When draining the tub, some water makes its way across the floor to the shower drain instead.

Very good hotel in the heart of Busan, the room was large and the bathroom was huge. Ok breakfast

We stayed 5 days and as much as I understand that we have to request the cleaning of the room via email I was not so happy with our trash bin never being emptied, we ourselves couldn’t not empty the trash since there is no place om the hotel for that (also it should not be the customer doing that) and if you know South Korea you know it’s very improbable you ll find a trash bin on the street near the hotel.

The room has everything you could ask for. The view of the city, a minibar, tv with Netflix, two beds even a purifying closet. The bathroom was personally my favorite, you could choose from a bathub to the classical shower. Overall very spacious, comfortable and luminous.

One thing that bothered me was the heat coming from the minibar. Yes, it could be fixed by turning on the A/C but I would have preferred more if I could simply open the window. It is in fact not possible since it's blocked

The hotel was wonderful. I got a free upgrade to my room, and my room was massive! The amenities were wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The location was also nice - not too far from public transit but also close enough to some good restaurants and shopping. Everything was lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again at all. The price was also very reasonable.

The view out of my window wasn't the nicest, but it had a wonderful local feel. Really, that's the only negative thing I can even think of!

Spacious room, huge bathroom, big comfortable bed. High tec toilet! Quiet. Netflix in room. 10 mins walk from the subway station, lots of buses pass nearby.

Not the warmest welcome: I arrived at 3pm and was told I would need to pay for early check in even though the room was ready as check-in was at 4pm. However I managed to negotiate this and think perhaps this is how they do things in S Korea. I asked the same receptionist if he could recommend somewhere to eat nearby and he said no, I should search on the internet. Tiny towels (again - normal fir S Korea?) Fairly impersonal but ok.

The washing machine is available for free, 24h. They don't have daily room service but you can ask for the room to be cleaned at reception.

It's nice that they have a breakfast option, but actually I wouldn't recommend it since there are many good restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel is very basic but ok. I'm not saying it's a bad breakfast, just that the options are limited so you might be better off going to a cafe.

The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to 2 metro stations. Just a few meters away, there are numerous places to eat and do shopping. Our room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! We loved the heated toilet seat! We also loved the amenities in the room including face serum and moisturizer, and even hair spray. The staff at the frontdesk helped us book a taxi going to Busan Station. Thank you so much!

We were satisfied overall. Nothing to complain about. 😊
