Within 8mins walk to the metro station. And Within 13mins walk to the airport express line. Staff are nice and helpful. Convenience stores nearby.

The room is smaller than expectation. The main entrance of the hotel is a little bit difficult to find because they are all in dark color.

Once we checked - in, my room wasn't clean enough however, Henry Park the receptionist helped us to make a complaint and reported well to their manager. Otherwise we wouldn't choose this hotel in advance. The thing is, their manager contacted us and asked our satisfaction of room clearness. We were satisfied about this. We appreciated Henry's and his manager' help.

I understand that cleaning a room takes few hours however, it was not the pleasant experience that my room is still on queue after 5 hours since request cleaning a room.

First and foremost, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location. It was conveniently situated in the heart of Seoul, allowing easy access to popular attractions and transportation options. This made exploring the city a breeze and added a great deal of convenience to my stay. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel on the cleanliness of the rooms. My accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The panoramic view of the city from my room was simply breathtaking and added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Easy check-in, good location close to the metro and the main links of Seoul. Room was clean and comfortable.

The lighting in the room was a little dark, still confused about the window into the bathroom (it can be closed).

Very near the subway station but a bit of a walk from the subway exit with an elevator. We chose this hotel cos we were travelling domestically and it was near the airport line station. They have a bath tub which is a plus. The beds are really comfortable.

Rooms could have been bigger. For its price, i would assume they'd have a smart TV for netflix and youtube but they only offer local channels. Room was small for its price. Similar to the comments before me, the room is really warm which reaches up to 25 degrees celsius. Aircons are centralized hence the temp doesnt adjust manually, for this reason alone, i don't think i'd book here again bcos of the room temperature. we had to open the window to let in the cool air.

The Shilla stay hotel is close to exit No. 1 of Gongdeok station in Seoul. It is therefore extremely well connected to the Arex airport express train, local subway and bus transit. For example, Yeouido with its malls and financial district is less than 10 min away. At the same time within 15 min you can reach Gwanghamum with its palaces and downtown shopping. It's a great option for business travellers and tourists alike. The rooms are well stocked and the bathrooms functional. There is usually a small couch connected to the desk along the window that's comfortable to lounge on. There are plenty restaurants nearby and there's a 24h 7-eleven just outside the back-door of the hotel. The rooms with view to the street are probably the better option since to the back there is a tall office building you'd be looking into. The staff was exceptional with its service and made every special request we had concerning the booking and other things possible. Overall this hotel is a very good choice for visiting Seoul.

The rooms aren't big and there is a metal panel that blocks off the view of shower from the main room. We always keep it closed since we're not fans of an open view bathrooms. For those who like it ok, for those who don't keep this in mind. The metal panel does its job well and the shower is completely covered by it though. With the room not being big there are also not enough electrical plugs. The hotel seems to know this and provides an extension cord in the room so that you can plug in from the desk and charge your second device at the bed as well. The elevator button is a bit quirky, so be patient, you will get the trick in the end.

The location is unmatched. You can reach all the hotspots from this hotel really quickly. The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need. Room service is super friendly and you´ll get water every day.

You could see (at least in our room) that the hotel is not the newest one. There were some scratches, paint marks and dents within the wood. You could see that quite a few people were visiting this room. Nothing really too bad but it was visible and could need a little refresh.
