Seoul Garden Hotel

Airport limousine bus stop right in-front of the hotel , just across a road. ( Bus no. 6015 from Inchon airport) Bed is comfy , Room is clean & bathroom with bathtub ; Don’t need power plug (travel) adapter ; there is international socket + usb in room

checkin time policy 3 PM is a bit too late but they could provide earlier checkin with some charge at reasonable price

Travelled from Canada to watch Treasure’s 1st concert. It was amazing! This hotel’s location is central to everything and next to Mapo Station. It was close to Line Store, YG stores and shops and everything else. The breakfast had a good selection. Room and bathroom size were good so was the electronic bidet. We would definitely go back if we need to go to SK again. On our last day, staff went above and beyond expectations by calling a jumbo taxi for us as we had 4 luggages and most cabs don’t stop for us. We were thankful and made it to the airport with plenty of time. Incheon airport was well-staffed and no delays.

Although the breakfast had a good selection wish it varied from day to day but we always found something to eat so all is well.

Stayed here more than 3times. Amazing location and staffs are so friendly and helpful. Easy access to main sights in Seoul. Many cafes and restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Excellent location right between two subway stops, everything was clean and staff were top notch and very accommodating.

When we arrived, the controller for the room lights and AC did not work and had to be repaired. The AC never felt very cool and so we slept without covers as it was warm. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. We had planned to wash clothes during our 15-day trip but had to wait in line in order to get a chance at the washer. Several people came to use the facility but were unable to.

We had stayed here before the pandemic, and chose here again. We stayed 11 nights this time. 1. Good location. A lot of buses stop right in front of the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the neighborhood. 2. Staff was helpful. 3. A bathtub. Not fancy, but it is furbished even in a standard room. 4. The sushi place in the basement was pretty good.

1. REALLY thin walls. We could literally hear what other people in their own room were talking about, in the corridor. 2. All extra services were closed due to the pandemic. No room service, gym ... We visited even after the restrictions got eased but extra services were not available. 3. The bathroom smelled a bit funny sometimes.

-Location was good, walking distance to 2 train station. -Area was quiet but there was a lot of eateries and convenience stores around, there was escalators at both train station so it was convenient for us. - Room service was very good and the staff in charge placed everything neatly for us.

Room was a bit warm. The staff was nice to come up and check that the air ventilator was working, but unfortunately room temperature was centralised and he wasn’t able to do anything.

The location is good. Room is ample to comfortably take a rest.

1. The staff. The lady at the reception was not accommodating (Maybe it was the language barrier, I don't know). The male trainee was more friendly and accommodating than her. 2. As a foreigner, at times it is hard to get a taxi. They will not help you book a taxi. How inconvenient and unhelpful. 3. The room is warm and was at times hot. You cannot adjust the temperature.

Room was very clean and comfortable, and the shared areas (lifts, reception, breakfast hall) were all very nicely decorated and easy to use. Location is great in that it's close to both Mapo and Gongduk stations. Mapo Station especially is a lot closer than it looks on maps. Loved having hotel PJs and slippers on hand

Honestly it's hard to think of something to complain about! I would say breakfast is slightly on the more expensive side, but it is a nice buffet... I think if you just wanted the western options for breakfast, it's not good value for money. Didn't bother me personally as I love Korean food for breakfast!
