It’s located close to the subway and airport bus stop (5 min) walk and there’s a lift available at exit 5 & 6 of the subway which is also the exits nearest to the hotel. Most path to the hotel lobby is quite flat and there’s a path at side of hotel for moving your luggages to hotel lobby. There’s no need to bring too much clothings if you are planning to wash the laundry during your stay. There’s 2 coin operated washing machines and dryers at the sister hotel (skypark2) basement 2. There are a few money changers just in front of the hotel, you can see the rate from the display without having to ask.

There is only disposable cups with no teaspoon provided for the room and there is a need to go to front desk to request for 1 if u need. The room has limited outside view as shown in the photo. During winter time, the room only serves with heater and can only cool the room temperature by opening a small window hidden by the curtains to let the heat out if too warm. Only figure that out on my last day. 😓

Very Central and convenient location.

Staff was polite but not very helpful. They are also not so flexible and accommodating to early check in and late check out request - even for just 30 mins difference. Also helping to call a taxi to Seoul Station - they said cannot help with calling reasonable priced local taxi. They can only call expensive international taxi.

This hotel is in a perfect location right near the shopping district and restaurants and night market of Myendong. It is also in walking distance of the palaces and historic sites. The rooms are very clean and the lobby is very nice. We especially liked the luggage storage and appreciated having the option of buying breakfast.

Check in is strictly at 3 pm and at that time there is such a long line you have to take a ticket and wait for your number! Also beware-there are 5 different Hotel Skyparks in Seoul. Make sure you have the right one!

Excellent and helpful staff, clean and quiet room as requested. Great central location. DIY laundry service available. Great bed and bedding. No (partial) plastic fibres used in the bedding. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Value for money.

No breakfast served opposite as advertised. My flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight, I requested to move the dates but no one at the hotel noticed and they cancelled my first booking with a no show. This resulted in a first night payment that couldn't be undone. (They did cancel the second night so I could rebook the hotel). There are smoking rooms at the hotel floors (at least at my floor) and some of that smell does travel to other rooms. Rooms are dated but clean.

Excellent location, and it is one of the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed: no black mold in toilet or anywhere. Shocked to see 4 cleaners and later supervisor came to clean our room. Walked past and saw in another room a cleaner using torch light to check that room. Never seen before even in other 5 stars hotels.

Small room. May be its the location, some guests come back very late or in morning and can hear faint yelling on the street. They are like distant sound, due to decent sound proofing, but you can hear when they happened. Wouldn’t disturb sleep, but when it happens it is there.

The staff were very accomodating and kind. Easy to communicate via email and were friendly all throughout our stay. The front desk staff are available to help answer your questions regarding the room, and the doorman was so patient with all of our questions regarding transportation in Seoul. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - my group and I were able to walk all around Myeongdong and access transportation very easily. The room was spacious and clean, even included free innifree skincare samples!

I honestly think everything was great! I didn't have the same issues as others regarding the thermostat, though we did not try to change the temperature. It was very cold in Seoul, so the rooms were cozy and warm, but not unbearably so.

Location is simply the best!!! So much that you may overlook the downsides.

1)Breakfast option was very limited … fruit choice banana No option to prepare a sandwich… only sweet option Breakfast seems suitable for Asian… not westerners… 2)Too noisy after 2 am… some construction around 3)More friendly approach from front desk. I felt they were barking at me if I had questions. Only one nice clerk who I met the last day was kind and helped us. 4)They advertised free shuttle bus to Seoul station but they said it was cancelled after COVID… so why to advertise it …

The property has a very good location. Just a few steps away from Myeongdong Food Carts at night at so many good resto and shops around. Very conveniet indeed.

The electric sockets are not enough for guest esp for 3 people, some have loose thread as well that cannot be used. Though there is 1 area on the table that ha universal suckets that cam be used without the use of an adaptor.

Hotel Skypark is in the middle of Myeogdong - absolutory perfect location. Easy walking to whole area and close to Airport Limousine Bus (6015) along with Subway. Hotel grounds are clean and safe, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit smaller than expected but served our needs just fine. Hotel also provided in-room no-charge bottled water and area outside elevator had a filtered hot and cold water machine.

Do not have any complaints on what we did not like about the hotel - they take good care of their guests.

Location of the hotel is great if you are wanting to experience the Myeongdong night market. Service was friendly and professional. Room had three twins which worked out great for us. We checked out early but our flight was not until the evening and they held our luggages for us as a courtesy.

The room fridge could have been a bit bigger, it can only hold four personal sized water bottles standing up. The bathroom sink did not have counter space for personal items.
