Spacious quiet room. Good gym and fitness facilities

I would have given full marks except the room service was poor. We asked for some milk for our in-room coffee. The coffee is provided free, but they said they would provide free milk for 1 cup, but for the second cup it would be KRW 8000. This is utterly absurd when paying KRW 740,000 for one night for the room. It’s not really the money, I would expect a more respectful service from a hotel of this calibre.

Everything, it was a nice hotel with lovely furnishings in the lobby and surrounding areas. I’d absolutely recommend choosing the option for le salon. It’s brilliant in there & was so worth it for us! Buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks throughout the day and to finish, a buffet dinner with alcohol included. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was heavenly! We had a lovely view of seoul tower. We sent some luggage home when we checked out and the staff were very helpful, our luggage got home safely. Overall, our most favourite part has got to be the staff, especially the staff who are in Le Salon, such lovely people, so friendly and attentive. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The ambiance of the property, also the details that are not overlooked for example outside they had massive bug zappers that were hidden but ensured that no bugs would enter the hotel or attack you as you left the property. Very well done. Also that unreal waterfall they had at the waterfall bar.

it simply doesn’t get any better than Lotte Seoul, and especially the Executive Tower side of the property. Location is perfect for exploring Seoul and there’s endless shopping and dining right outside the doors.

I don’t like fees for things like the sauna when rooms are $300+ per night. Don’t knuckle and dime me we’re spending plenty of money on accommodation food and beverage as it is.

Lotte Hotel was a luxury! We booked this at the end of our trip for three nights. We had baths in the hotel room with provided bath salts and a green tea soak. The beds were like clouds - so comfortable, they also offer different types of pillows including memory foam. The room size was fantastic. The hotel is above the department store so can easily spend half a day shopping. It is convenient for sightseeing - especially N Seoul tower, the palace, Namdeamun market and getting to Seoul Station. Room service was great - had the bibimbap. The guest services hotline was always lovely and answered our questions. We were able to request a late checkout. Bathroom products were from Diptyque - the conditioner was spectacular! There is also a moderate sized pool, jacuzzi, gym, driving range, outdoor rooftop little park and multiple restaurants.

Not much really, just wish we had more time to explore the hotel!

Lotte Hotel is in the perfect location. It is a short walk away from Myeongdong Shopping Street and a great night market with food. The Metro line is right at the exit of the hotel and the rest of Seoul is accessible. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful and was a delight to work with. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and painless. I could leave my luggage there between two reservations as I went to Busan and also upon check-out as my flight wasn't until the evening. This will be the hotel I will return to when I revisit Seoul.

Staff was very friendly and respectful. They ran up to us to greet us and got our bags. There were young, smart, and beautiful men and women lined up by the front door/elevators to bow to us and help with any of our needs daily. Concierge helped us find and book mani/pedi, a laundry/cleaners, and gave us maps/directions to the subway. They helped reserve taxis. Fitness gym was great with lockers, gym shirts, towels and free water. Rooms were clean. Staff is fluent in Korean and English. One of the rooms had same voltage outlet as in US which was convenient. We really loved the staff and would come back.

Bed was kind of too soft for me/hubby. We booked 2 premium rooms for the same price (one for the kids) and the one with 2 single beds was a lot larger than the one with a double bed.

Everything was perfection. The view was awesome and when we checked in early, there was no fuss. Everyone was super friendly and warm and I really enjoyed this stay. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, view was amazing (snow-dusted mountains) and we had the best mother-daughter bonding time. The location can't be beat, near Myeongdong so it's great for shopping and food and the underground is just 2 mins walk away which is fantastic as the weather was cold.

We booked a Grand Deluxe room with Le Salon access and breakfast for three nights, but got upgraded to a Premier room, because of a big birthday celebration. Check in was excellent, all staff very friendly, courteous and professional. Our room looked like a junior suite, without walls between living and bed area, wonderful spacious room. It was clean and well pointed out. Le Salon food, service and staff excellent. Food ofcourse might not be everybody's taste, but we loved and enjoyed it! Champagne and other drinks plentiful. We loved our stay in the Executive Tower and room.
