This is a top notch boutique hotel. The design and feel of it are truly nice. Our room was beautiful: stunning view and interior. The bed was very comfortable - which is not easy to find. The bathroom was luxurious with little details like a hydrating facemask upon arrival. All staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is even a bar that stays open until 6am. There is only one thing to take into account: the price. You get what you pay for- which is more than elsewhere

It's difficult to judge where some elements were overpriced, such as the cocktails in their rooftop bar. However, I can't complain about this really.

The hotel is located at the centre of Hong Dae, very convenient. Surrounded with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel room is very spacious, it comes with two queen beds and sofa. Very pleasant stay.

The lift is too slow. When we check out at 12pm we waited for 25mins to get into the lift.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Love the cozy modern vibe of the hotel. Location was great. It was so close to the subway station and all the shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty decent. There was a lot of varieties. The staffs were so welcome , kind, and beyond helpful.

On weekend nights, you can hear some loud music from the street below but it won't last all night and will eventually quiet down. The elevators were quite small and can get crowded pretty easily so you might have to wait for awhile.

Good location and staff helpful. Room was a decent size too. Likes the room access card. You simply tap on the lift and it selects your floor for you.

Not enough drawers in the room. Don't like open hanging closet with a perspex panel to the bathroom meaning when someone turns on the bathroom light it shines through to the room. Safe is lift open type meaning if struts don't work it will slam down and either catch your fingers or break something fragile inside (low clearance). Also not a fan of refill water bottles. Prefer just regular sealed water bottle (plastic or glass) even though I understand the environment point

The aesthetics of the hotel, really nice. The high quality of the gym was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautifully appointed. awesome view over hongdae. And quiet. Also the bed was super comfy. Great shower pressure. Loved the dressing gown. The wine and snacks on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful!! And I loved the cafe downstairs, the rooftop bar and the restaurant. I loved my stay here. It felt like a reprieve after a busy hot day pounding the streets of Seoul. Also the breakfast was AMAZING!

The toilet got blocked easily but they fixed it straight away. I also thought the design of the shower door was a bit annoying, and the window from the bathroom to the bedroom seems odd. Didn’t matter for me as I was travelling solo but just was an odd thing I haven’t seen before in hotels. They should provide slippers instead of jandals. And the laundry is ridiculously over priced - would be better if they had coin laundry installed on site.

Speaker in the room comes as pleasant surprise! See through glass wall toilet and shower designs are a wonderfull add-on to already spacious room. You can overlook the city from the shower! 17th floor view was amazing and the room was very spacious to relax in after a long day, hotel is easy to reach with a taxi from the airport as well. The staff is quick to help deal with and organise a reservation and a taxi for a restaurant!

Although the view was amazing I was slightly disturbed by hotel windows being dirty on the outside, however it is less disturbing during the night because it is not as visible. Was not able to get sheets changed at late hours, but it is understandable.

Very comfy bed and great shower. Hotel was in a great spot for shopping and eating.

Staying here is staying at the heart of Hongdae, a super energetic and young neighborhood that will surely entertain you at any hour. We loved the number of coffee shops and cute shops around. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. You get the sense of creative energy walking through the door and what a bonus to have a Blue Bottle right within the hotel. Staff were super friendly and the room was incredibly comfortable.
