Location, just beside exit of subway station and walking distance to places to shop and eat. Connected to mall with 24hrs convenience store. Room is ok for 1 person with big luggage. Room cleaning is fast. I asked the staff to clean up when I was having my breakfast, when I got back to my room it was all done.

Walls are thin. I was awaken 3 times in the early morning cos guests in the next room were noisy. Very annoying. Bidet wasnt working fully.

Nice location - right next to an exit 5 of metro station (Hongik University) Lively neighborhood - Hip and crowded place across the street. You can visit many different types of fancy cafes and restaurants (Long waiting time is a minus, though) Clean room - very clean room Breakfast is included - Reasonable breakfast is included in the price (Soup of rice noodle was really good!)

High price - would be nice if it was little cheaper Amenity - not really a big minus but amenities were ready for only 2 people not 3 (Booked for three)

The bed was very comfortable. I have been to 2 other accommodations one being a hostel which I could not stand to stay in 1 more night so I transferred at Holiday Inn and had the best sleep. The location was very convenient as it is close to the Hongkik Station Exits 3&4 where the tour pick ups are located. It is also adjacent to the shopping strip and connected to AK.Plaza shopping mall. Breakfast never disappoints for the 4 nights I have stayed there and staff were always helpful to give me answers to my queries. There is an ATM that changes any currencies to KW. It was very helpful when I did my laundry and didn't have any KW bills. There is a centralized coin laundry room and iron boards you can use for free. Very convenient but laundry costs 12,000 KW for one load and I did 2 loads on different nights. The English is sometimes hard to understand when I was asked to turn off the TV at the laundry room which I didn't open as it was late and it can be heard by nearby rooms. I didn't pick up on what the staff was telling me at first. I thought he was telling me to finish my laundry in my room, he was actually telling me to watch tv in my room as I waited for the cycle to complete. Language barrier. Google translate was very useful in figuring out what buttons to push while I was doing my laundry. 😁 Overall it was a great stay and the cheapest hotel I found at the last minute. Too bad I was unable to extend for one more night as they were already fully booked. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Seoul.

No body lotion. Normally the hotels provide this. They have shampoo and body wash provided but I brought my own brands for those. Also no cotton balls provided. I am also unable to adjust the temperature of the ACU as it didn't feel cool enough especially since I have been outside most of the day where it's hot and humid and you want to cool down the rest of the night. I tried to adjust it to 18degC but it keeps going back to 22degC and I find myself with a bit of sweat during very early morning when I tend to wake up prematurely.

The location is really convenient. The hotel us located beside Hongik Univ. Station that can easily access Airport Railroad, AREX, and subway Line 2. Moreover, the hotel is located beside shopping mall AK Plaza Hongdae and CU Mart. Walk a few minutes to Hongdae shopping arcade. I really enjoyed shopping and eating staying here. Hotel also provided breakfast. Room size is quite large than I think. Bed is comfortable. The staff is polite and welcome.

Breakfast line is the same menu and not various every day. The breakfast time is quite too short from 6.30 - 9.30 or 10.00 A.M.

The location is super convenient, right next to a subway station exit, and linked to a mall. There are two convenience stores nearby too. Hongdae street is also within short walking distance. I also like that two different types of pillows were given in the room, both soft and firm types. It's great that they provide lugagge storage service after my check-out. Front desk staffs were all really friendly! :)

Everything was great and all but would really appreciate it if they improve the breakfast arrangement. The breakfast area was so crowded and had to queue for quite some times just to get a seat.

As a solo female traveler, there are so many things I loved about staying at this hotel. 1) Location, location, location! Being right Hongdae where there are so many places to go within walking distance; 2) the convenience of having the Airport Express train subway station right next to the hotel; 3) the hotel being in the same building as the AK Plaza shopping centre; 4) friendly & helpful staff, and so much more! This will be my go to hotel for all future trips to Seoul :)

It would have been nice if there was an outlet in the bathroom, but no big deal otherwise!

I like the location. Breakfast was terrible Skipped it most days. Except to get coffee. I like the cleanliness of the room. Especially the bathroom. The cleanest bathroom in all our stay in Korea. Location was great. Lots of food and shops a few steps away from the front door. Subway was directly underneath the hotel. Which was so convenient, because that was our main transportation. I would stay here again when next we visit Seoul

When we first check in our bathroom smelled of cigarettes. The staff did rectify it by spraying some odorless freshener. And the complementary breakfast was terrible. The bed was comfortable but it was just a little small.(double) I don't think a queen or King size bed was available.

The family room was spacious enough for us. were a family of 3. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The bathroom was quite small but bearable. only downside of the room is that it does not have any closets. The staff were all very nice. The cleaning lady always wants to clean the room 😂 She would go back several times to check of she can already clean our room. Frontdesk also helped us book a limousine taxi last min to get us to the airport. Breakfast was also okay. not much variety but overall it was okay. Location is perfect, very near the metro (just on the right side of the hotel). A lot of cafes, stores and restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent, Close to all the entertainment and shopping areas. Its also located in a major shopping centre which has a kpop shop and cafe, anime store, a CU convenience store and many other restaurant, cafe and fast food outlets. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of local and international dishes to select from. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we were provided with bottles of water each day.

The room was smaller compared to our other hotels on our trip to South Korea.
