Doesn’t look impression from the street, but don’t let that discourage you. Everything is great at this hotel except parking which need some improvements, but they took care of that by blocking parts of the street to allow guests to park. #1 - STAFF! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Their English is not that great except one, but they went out of the way to help and make us comfortable. Told me where to park my rented mid-size SUV, told me about my luggage will be delivered the next day when I checked in (luggage was delayed). We were unable to get dinner one night, the staff went all way out to help us - find places that were open and order delivery using their phones! #2 - breakfast has great spread of choices. After one week in South Korea, they still have the best Kimchi in my opinion. #3 - got a room initially, but AC was making noise. Front desk came to check and switch a room for us. Got to a bigger room with ocean view. The staff went to the lobby to get new sets of keys, offered to help us move but we declined. My sister went to new room but unable to open the door. Same staff came to the room as again then we realized, she was trying to open the wrong room. Poor guy, went back and forth like 6-8 times, but still smiling and real polite.

The parking garage - only cater for tiny cars! My rented standard SUV can’t even make the first curve up the slope for the garage.

The location was really good. It was an easy walk to a good choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel has free parking and there is also free parking on the road outside. The hotel had huge windows with an outstanding view of the sea dotted with islands and a bridge that was lit up at night. Our room was very large but lacked a pair of comfortable chairs and coffee table to enjoy the fantastic view. When we showed the front desk the photos from booking.com that showed table and chairs, we were advised these were old photos and the hotel no longer had these items in the room. When we persisted, they very kindly brought up a table and two chairs from the breakfast room. It was such a treat to sit and enjoy the view in comfort.

The breakfast room was well staffed and dishes were filled very quickly; however, the choice of food was not the best. I cannot believe a hotel with amazing views and big windows does not automatically have two comfortable chairs and table for the guests. The room was very big and could easily accommodate the furniture. It was the one thing that let this otherwise very pleasant hotel down.

The room was large and had a huge bathroom and the ocean view from our hotel window was spectacular. The price was very reasonable. The location was right next to beautiful beach and mountain walking paths. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance offering traditional cuisine.

It would be nice if the bathtub had a shower curtain and the bathroom needs a shelf for cosmetics.

I was surprised how good this hotel was. Check-in was easy, the staff is kind and helpful. Our room was nice, spacious, well equipped and clean. We also had a beautiful view from the balcony. It really felt like it's a higher-end hotel. Breakfast was satisfying as well. The location is also good. I highly recommend this place!

great ocean view, spacious room with comfortable beds. amenities are great and breakfast buffet is worth buying but keep in mind that it ends at 9am.

location is far from KTX and major tourist attractions. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes to do sightseeing and do activities you want to do. hotel parking structure has a very narrow path. we had a minivan and it was very difficult to maneuver. you can park on the street as long as you find a spot.

Massive room, beautifull view, very clean. Staff was also very helpfull and understanding when I had to leave a day early because of flight cancellation/rebook. I would have loved to stay longer though and will definately return.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were helpful when we checked in. THe parking garage in the hotel was small, but they validated our parking for the lot behind the hotel.

It is located not far from the city hall, but far from the main tourist parts of Yeosu.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large. I appreciated that there was instant coffee packets and tea in the room.

The location is far from a lot of Yeosu’s popular sights.

Absolutely stunning! We traveled on budget and arrived in the beautiful building with an amazing view, what a treat! The room is huge, clean and super well located! 😍
