Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and spoke English. Our room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the ocean. All the toiletries included. Appreciated the choice of a standup shower and bathtub. Loved full size towels.

You have to pay to use the pool and pay for towels for the pool. Masks were required in the pool. We went during winter and the main infinity pool was not heated; only the kid pool was heated. So, we ended up not using the pool at all. we ordered take out from the restaurant. we left the dishes outside of our front door to be picked up. It was all still there the next morning when we left.

This was a very nice hotel with a resort like atmosphere. The room was very comfortable with a relaxing balcony view. The buffet breakfast was very nice and appetizing. It contained a large variety of dishes to choose from. The swimming pool was very nice and one of the better pools I I’ve seen at a hotel in Korea.

I just thought the restaurant ( to include the breakfast buffet) was a little pricey.

Views were amazing. We had a choice between a sunset or sunrise room. both overlooked the ocean with a beautiful balcony. Easy access to all the Yeosu attractions. We went when it was still cold and the pool was closed but I imagine the pool would be wonderful in the summer. Restaurant on the top floor was pricey but very delicious. All the staff was wonderful; professional and courteous.

The bathroom was designed wonderful but there was absolutely no privacy. No door for your “morning quiet time” and the toilet room was a swinging door that didn’t lock and was clear glass at the top. The bakery on the first floor wasn’t open during breakfast, so no coffee or baked goods.

Very calm and relaxing to stay. It is a very big hotel. We had breakfast there and it was very satisfying. The staff were kind and very accomodating.There are Vienna Coffee Shop and Emart inside the hotel. There are restaurants and coffee shops too near the hotel. And the nearest tourist spot is the Yeosu Art Land!

Only one elevator was functioning for the guests! The other elevator is for employees. Our room was not well vacuumed! We closely looked at the carpet and it was disappointing that we could see mark of something meaning not well cleaned! The bed and pillow covers were obviously clean but because the room was not well vacuumed the dust were spreading up to the bed and we could not sleep well because it gave us itchy feeling. Some facilities were still under construction.

Fantastic suite with the most amazing view! And for Oyster lovers it is a must stay hotel - less than one kilometer walk to the best EVER oyster restaurants.

Courteous staff! Wonderful location for touring Yeosu but not in the city. All rooms had water views. Delicious breakfast buffet.
