The view from the balcony was fabulous. Being able to stand on the balcony and take in the view, what a treat. Spacious room and bathroom. Kitchenette / fridge was also helpful. Coffee shop in lobby as well as GS25 onsite.

It's in a quiet location, so we went into the main area for dinner. There are a few restaurants around, but choice is limited. Buffet breakfast - Would have been helpful if they took bookings for a specific seating time as when we tried to just turn up, there was a queue. There is a zipline from the roof of the hotel, which is fun. However, it's super noisy if you just want to relax in your room with the balcony door open.

Hotel location was in a very nice location surrounded by eateries and grocery stores. The hotel amenities (ie..pool/ saunas & restaurants) make you not want to leave the hotel 😊.

Nothing really bad but just a suggestion: if you desire to partake in extra activities ( boat rides), make sure you book them through the hotel concierges.

Zipline was exciting. And sea view room was beautiful as I could see sun rising. The Buffet was so good. I can't wait to stay there

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The gym was quite disappointing, too small and not many equipments.

It was clean and had great views. The amenities were thoughtful and comfortable.

The location is good if you don’t want to be in the town center. Taxis are cheap to get into where it’s all happening (6,000 KRW) The price was very reasonable for a 5 star (in reality a 3+ star at the most. We paid 531,000 KRW for a double deluxe with full ocean view - very nice and quiet too. Having a convenience shop on site was very good.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. When we arrived there were two bathroom robes but neither had belts/ties so completely useless. There was only one bath towel. Room cleaning was good during the week but awful at the weekend. It was as though they didn’t know that a couple were staying in the room rather than a single. On some days we received only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel and no robes, and on other days 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels. Luckily I discovered where they kept the towels etc so managed to resolve the lack of towels when necessary. Otherwise the housekeeping staff was quick to provide additional towels etc. There was no furniture on the terrace which was a shame bearing in mind the view was so good. The restaurant was not open in the evenings. There is no bar unless you pay 15,000 KRW to use the pool.

The food overall was good. a 15 min walk to daiso and supermarket. Nothing else.

The lift was packed during the mornings. It is hard to get the lift. You can easily wait 20 mins for a lift and might not get any at all.
