Amazing place! There was a slight issue with the room I initially got but after telling the worker she immediately changed my room. The room was clean and spacious and quiet. I also used the washing machine available at the hotel and it was very convenient! The location was also very convenient! They also sell merchandise of the hotel mascot at the hotel, which I think is very cute!

Hotel provide discount price breakfast for guest(I know When I review hotel facility) so, I went to the 18th floor restaurant to have a breakfast But waiter want me to pay regular price 18000won, He said I need coupon to make discount price(12000 won), All other guest have a coupon on their hand. but not me, It need to reservation for discount, Front desk staff, don't give me a information about that. So, I went down 2nd floor front desk,I told one of staff, Why you don't give me information about discount breakfast program, So,can I make a reservation right now and use coupon, Front staff say 'NO' It need to reservation when check in I don't know about that, They only provide information local guest only . Not me !! Very Disappointment

It was convenient to access by public transportation. The staff were kind and very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafe nearby the hotel. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Thank you Hotel Kenny Yeosu.

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. It's clean and quiet.

The room is small and space is a bit tight especially for the person sleeping on the side of the bed near the window as there's hardly any space to go across to the other side.

we had a great view and the room was very clean and spacious as compared to our other accommodation in South Korea. Good connections to public transport and lots of great places to eat nearby which aren’t too touristy .

The blue light on the the switches did keep us up and we had to cover the ones above our head.

Our room was comfortable and quiete. We arrived late (10 pm). All restaurants were closed. There was a shop near the hotel where we could by instant noodle soup. We had a water cooker in our room so that we could enjoy our late dinner.

Nothing to complain.

Room was great! We were there for a short time and overall enjoyed the room and the views!

The floor heating was quite intense and the ac didn’t seem to work.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all great. The hotel has a nice common space and rooftop bar/restaurant. The room was very clean and the city view was nice!

The light switch above the bed has an automatic night light that kept me up at night.

Central location with an extraordinary(for me for the first time) automatic car parking in a tower . Tasty breakfast with smoked duck breast
