Amazing view, big bed, big room, soo many room features, friendly staff, directly at the port and very nice 2h walk if you wanna visit the Art Land or the cable car. Lots of food places around. 5min walk from busstop. Comfy smoking area at the parking.
The spa tub didnt work properly and the shower head was broken (water going everywhere except for out of the head) The mattress is a bit hard but I like it that way.

I opted for a ocean view and was not disappointed. It was gorgeous and in full view of a harbor. I was even able to see the sunrise one of the days. Also, the hotel was a 5-10 minute drive from most of the attractions I wanted to see. The bathroom was beautiful as well.
The bathroom didn't have a door, but instead a curtain. Also, the bed was as a hard as a rock. It felt like I was sleeping on pavement. The staff did provide extra cushions per my request, but I don't a bed should be as hard as a box spring or worse. I barely got any sleep. Also, the carpet was discolored in certain areas too.

Everything about the facilities were amazing and our family had a lot of fun being there. Theres a lotte mall close by and plenty of food in the area. Our room had a styler and a nice bathtub/jacuzzi and the cleaning staff did a great job. The TV is great and the window is big with a great view if you opt out for the sea view.
Now the only problem I had was how unpleasant one staff member was. He seems to be a manager and is older but he was not very nice. Other staff members were great so maybe he was just having a bad day.
