The resort overall is quite nice .. the room was large and comfy, the views were fascinating and the food selection was great. We also enjoyed our days next to the pools and was really handy to have the snack restaurant near the pool in case you wanted to avoid going back to the buffet area for Lunch. Very friendly staff as well and generally an enjoyable experience

The Italian restaurant was a big letdown. Grill and Asian specialty restaurants were nice.

fab for what you pay for. loved the food choice at the buffet. drinks and entertainment were great. lovely staff, beautiful resort.

plates/ mugs/glasses were often dirty. hard to get into restaurants you had to book. we opened up the booking system as soon as we knew our room number but everywhere was full so that was a shame as we didn’t get the option to eat elsewhere. everything else was fab

Plenty of activities, staff where fantastic very friendly, accessible for my disabled friend.

The grounds are stunning, the pools are really clean and it was a bonus that one is heated if you are visiting in winter as we were. The staff were lovely and accommodating - especially midweek and there was a lovely surprise on my birthday in our room which we hadn't mentioned so a lovely touch. The infinity pool and the nearby self serve bar are such a great touch, and are kept super clean too.

The price is too much for the quality of the food provided when staying all inclusive. The desserts are really poor and don't vary at all. There are limits on what you can order from the bar too which considering how much you are paying is it a bit offputting. The location is lovely and quiet but very remote. We highly recommend hiring a car to see more as we are got to see so much more of the beautiful countryside and beaches around the island. The staff at the weekends were still very welcoming but much slower and less attentive during meals. The grounds are truly great but the rooms themselves would benefit from some upgrades, there were minimal plug sockets, old furniture and poor lighting. Some coffee and tea making facilities would be good too.

We loved every minute of our week. the entertainment staff were amazing. Activities for the kids every day. My son loved it and he was kept busy all week. We stayed in one of the junior suites. The room was lovely and roomy. It was also close to pools and restaurants so not much hiking up and down.

the food was really nice but a bit of the same every day. By the end of the week I Was a little bit sick of it but the quality of the food was really good.

Liked the option of eating in different locations to give some variety to typical buffet food. Waiter service even in buffets was nice. Good range of drinks on all inclusive. Good to have a heated pool as the others were freezing in feb. Also had a launderette on site so I got my washing done cheaply before we returned home which was a real bonus!

Kettle in the bedroom would be nice. To get a coffee before going to breakfast you needed to go to a snack bar outside of the hotel. Only football facility for kids was to play on tennis courts - not a big deal for many but playing football is all my kids want to do!

Clean, lovely pools, excellent buffet. Main buffet restaurant also presented different cuisines of the world which were lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Dingy corridors- more lights working would have been better. Very poor reception on tv and unable to choose to watch in English - needs updating although not that important. WIFI awkward to log into - unable to use. Restaurant e.g. the Italian, very poor quality in comparison to main buffet restaurant.

Stayed at this hotel to celebrate my mums 60th birthday, and I have to say its really up there with the best of the best. I've stayed in 5 star resorts in costs adeje and guia de isora before, and I would choose this property over anywhere else. The overall ambience of the property is relaxed, and whilst you have the feeling of being in a luxury resort, there is absolutely nothing pretentious about it. Sat outside the lobby bar was like being in Milan, then going up to the bahia village was like being in a quaint eastern European old town. It was quirky, interesting and the views were incredible. There is a pool area for everyone and great if, like me you enjoy swimming for a bit of exercise. The all inclusive drinks package was the best I've ever had. The cocktails were of a standard that I've had in high end bars in the likes of Birmingham and Manchester, served in proper glasses with fresh garnish and such attention to detail The mojitos are the best cocktails in the world. Hands down. I won't ever bother having them anywhere else as they wont be a patch on a bahia sunlight mojito. Saying that all the drinks we had were of high standard. Cava and white wine were delicious (again in proper glasses, no plastic) And the cappuccinos & hot chocolates were heavenly. Didnt drink any lager but it was self serve draught in a proper glass beer tankard so if thats your tipple I dont think you'd be disappointed. As for the food.... Wow. We were only here for 3 nights so only got 1 a la carte dinner included and chose the italian restaurant. It was one of the nicest Italian meals I've ever had, and I've been to Italy twice. The buffet on the other nights and for breakfast and lunch was fabulous plentiful fresh and tasty. We enjoyed everything we had, especially the paella and the pastry tartlets. And finally the staff, we could not have asked for more polite, attentive, friendly people to make our stay memorable and special.

Aircon in room could be better and bathroom was a bit tired. Beds weren't the most comfortable.

had everything we needed. lots of drinks and food choice. heated pool was great for the children.

lots of steps which made it difficult for some members to get around as we were in block six. there is a flat route through the hotel ideal for prams. not in close proximity to anything outside of the hotel. we took a walk and there is a bar but it isn’t worth the hilly walk.
