Royal Gardens Villas is hands down the best place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, every detail was just out of this world. The luxury and elegance of the hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the exquisite dining experience, was simply impeccable. We were truly blown away by the level of service and the overall experience at Royal Gardens Villas. It is a true gem and we cannot wait to return.

Despite the underground car park being a little tight, we were able to find a spot without much trouble. It was a small inconvenience, but it didn't dampen our overall positive experience.

We arrived early due to our flight (11 am) but as soon as we stepped out of the taxi the staff was right there to help take our luggage into the property and get the check in process started. We understood we might have to wait around a few hours but the staff worked wonders and our villa was ready within 30 minutes. The property is amazing and feels like you are in your own little world. The views were amazing and felt comfortable the minute we walked into the property. Our villa was amazing and we loved the private pool, the villas amenities, and the space overall. What I want to highlight is the customer service. The staff allows you to communicate over WhatsApp and if you need anything, they respond within minutes and make sure you are taken care of. Whether it is booking a taxi to go explore or just bringing something like more water, they are on it. Breakfast options were great, the room service was quick and on time, and I highly recommend Royal Gardens!

Best vacation I’ve been on in a long time, no issues at all.

The staff were very attentive. Easily to request anything due to the WhatsApp message set up. Grand Princess Villa was amazing, cosy and comfy bedrooms, fully stocked mini bar, outdoor area very spacious and swimming pool a nice size.

As much as the hotel is amazing and we would certainly stay here again, there is one downside, the noise coming from the villas. All villas overlook a busy road and during week days it’s extremely noisy. The hotel is in an up and coming area in Adeje with a lot of building work either side, which isn’t a problem other than the road noise.

Every single thing, me and my partner went for our honeymoon and stayed in the duchess villa, the room was amazing, the outside area was perfect, we literally couldn't find a single fault about our stay, the staff went above and beyond from arrival until we left, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was welcoming and friendly, hands down the best stay we have ever had anywhere, and we certainly will be back one day, Everything is close by, we went into the nearest town for drinks and had a slow walk back, only an hour walk but 10 minutes in a taxi (which by the way the villa can request and it is here within 5 minutes) Amazing views from the villa, saw some people saying about works from across the road, didn't bother us one bit. Overall the perfect stay, as I said before. We will be back, all the best 💚

One of the nicest places i have ever stayed at - Feels like you are in a tropical paradise when you enter - Staff are brilliant and the facitities on site are great. We stayed in the Eden Villa and was pleasently suprised by the selection of drinks on arrival, well stocked fridge and excellent room service menu. You could spend a week just at the resort in and out of your Villa, using the spa, etc

The location is good, although trying to find the property was difficult as we went to the incorrect door at first. Google maps wasn't much help either. After travelling all day this was a little stressful, as we couldn't seem to get an answer from the property. Once we found the correct door we was buzzed in and greeted with champagne. Also when we left, the card i had couldn't be charged so i was called in the Airport with the hotel saying they will contact the police if i don't pay immedietly - Which i can understand as our room service bill was £700, but maybe they could of gone about it more politely. Other than that, no complaints at all!

I have stayed here previously with one of my friends a few years ago . The view from the apartment is so picturesque and out - of - this world ! The staff are exceptional ,generous ,so polite and understanding ! The apartment is perfectly spacious and the selection of food and drink has been selected perfectly ! The restaurant is beautiful and a great experience ! i have never been disappointed and would never be disappointed staying here really deserves the 5 star rating! Lastly ,also advise trying their Sea-bass dish … best Seabass Out there !

The hotel, decor, style, fittings, restaurant, spa were all amazing and designed and built to the highest standards. A tropical paradise. In all my years of travel I can say with confidence that this is one of the most beautiful and serene hotels I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was magnificent, a selection of gourmet offerings. The staff were all super-polite and very attentive - it felt like nothing was too much trouble for them. This is a true five star rating. The place is beautiful.

Unfortunately the building work opposite was a problem during the working day and became quite a distraction at times. This was not the fault of the hotel. Notwithstanding the hotel being five star, we found the restaurant and bar to be quite pricey and the hotel was quite a way out of the town so if you don't have transport then you're a little captive. We hired a scooter from a local company and found this was ideal for visiting local resorts, beaches, restaurants etc. Also (although I could be wrong) we thought the hotel was adults only but it was not. Lastly the cab back to the airport was not included in the price whereby we thought is was, and this was a little disappointing.

The royal garden is a beautiful little oasis of calm and I must say I’ve stayed countless times and they never fail to deliver its very peaceful and the rooms are beautiful…. it’s always peaceful in the top pool you never really Bumb into anyone they pretty much go over and out to make you feel welcome and I must add they are very relaxed in regards to music and late night intimate parties they also allow guests to visit and that’s a nice touch + the spa is lovely

The privacy in certain villas is not so due to road and traffic at the moment they have major construction that upsets your stay a little due to noise pollution so better call to check it’s over

The place is very unique in terms of architecture, it’s full of vegetation, the staff dresses up with special cloth to match the environment and make it more special, it’s a complete paradise. Staff is very very friendly and they attended always our requests. Check-in was very easy. The shared swimming pool it’s outstanding with amazing views to the mountains. We did the ¨”Al fresco” dinner the hotel provides on Mondays, and it was so worth it, a unique experince. Breakfast is one of the most completes I have ever seen. The hotel has a VP room which you can book for free the day you do the check-out, in case you need a space to take a shower and relax before you leave Tenerife. Parking is free!

The private terrace with swimming pool at the villa is very nice but not a paradise due to the noise of the road in front, without this road it would be perfect. There are some constructions around the area and it’s very noisy right now. I know that this is something that the hotel cannot do anything about, but I think it’s fair to point it out. Anyway, this shouldn’t stop you to go there because the place is outstanding.
