food ok drinks ok apartment ok . it’s a budget all inclusive worth the money you pay 👍🏻

it’s very hilly , long walk from our pool to bar for drinks etc

I came here with my husband and mother in law. We took apartments and had a really good time. The apartments were very spacious, we had two bedrooms, the kitchenette, the dining room and the sitting room. In the kitchenette we found everything we needed. We were close to the swimming pool, used it a few times, all was fine. The most we enjoyed the location and the value of money. The food was nice. Everything was nice.

Maybe some of the sun loungers could be replaced, because when we had time by the pool they were very used and we couldn't fix the heading.

The property was exceptionally clean, fantastic location overlooking the sea, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly! After reading several poor reviews my expectations weren’t very high, but I was pleasantly surprised by everything at the hotel! The all inclusive food was good standard, and varied, so didn’t get bored of the same things all the time. Hassan one of the waiters was very helpful at every visit to the restaurant. The bar was good fun, entertainment every other night, Luis and Jonathan the bar staff were always very friendly, and helpful, and made everyone feel welcome. I can’t say enough good about this place… if you book and expect 5* you’ll be disappointed, however if you expect 3* with fantastic staff and decent food, you’ll be happy here!

Location,great buffet breakfast and dinner.3 pools.Warm and clean. Very clean accom and above all the staff were lovely. Very good value for money. Beach and bars,etc nearby Although hotel busy quiet after 11pm for sleeping.

WiFi needed in rooms.A charge for the tv which is rare. Rooms although spacious do need an update. People still reserving pool beds despite being asked not to by management.

The staff here were fantastic - always smiling, very friendly, always willing to help, attentive, all seemed to really like their job. Irene was brilliant at the evening entertainments. The 3 pools were great and the bar had a lot to offer. When the pool closed in the evening and before it opened in the morning, you can see the staff cleaning the areas. It also helped that they had a red flag and green flag to know when the pool could be used. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovely - my favourite was lunch and dinner - but there was different selections every day and were delicious. The rooms, were what we expected from the photos posted online. We requested a quiet room with a sea view and it was great - we had a view of the pool area with the sea behind it - during the day you could see the people paragliding, boats sailing across and jetskis. Rooms were very clean.. we stayed in Camelias 4 room 227. The hotel is a short little walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Even though WiFi is offered, it wasn't very strong and wasn't picking it up unless close to reception or the restaurant. The room could have done with a kettle incase a hot drink was wanted in the evening after the bar closed.

The apartment was a good size and had a nice functional kitchen. The shower had great water pressure and good temperature control. The breakfast was extensive and they had lovely fruit. There were a decent number of sun lounges around the numerous swimming pools.

The eggs at breakfast were luke warm at best but the rest of the breakfast was very good

The layout was fantastic some complain about the walk to the restaurant and bar but the views make it all worthwhile if you didn't like the main pool the separate little pool was fantastically chilled. Staff were beyond amazing very chatty always greated with a smile!! The complex states no entertainment which is true however background music was on every night and that was just perfect!!

For the price nothing can really be complained about the hotel is clearly undergoing improvements. One to watch for the future
