Very nice place. Variety in food section. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Water pressure was really good in the shower. Nice activities in the evening for kids. Many different drinks.

Breakfast variety was not so good. Not so clean terrace, was expecting they clean it as well as the inside. Rooms are a bit “ tired”, waiting for some freshening. Also kids area, some toys were broken and not so safe for the kids anymore. No good juice for kids. Was some carbonated drink and not orange juice as it says.

Ground floor apartment next to splash pool, ideal with kids. 2 larger pools also great. entertainment staff were great with both adults and children.

Food became repetitive mid week. Location from the seafront a bit too much for the kids a long slow walk back up the hill. ideal for adults tho.

We were really happy with the amenities at the hotel, Everything exceed our expectations. The staff were all very helpful, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the food options were great with lots of fresh salads, vegetables and fish. Our room was bigger than expected and we enjoyed the complementary visit to the spa. Lots of space around the pool so a really easy and pleasant quick break in the sunshine. The hotel was in a nice location, an easy walk to the main town and the beach,

Our second stay of the year - this time for my partners birthday - will no doubt be back again.

Just like my birthday we got a bottle of wine - unfortunately it was red wine and neither of us drink red. Tried to swap it but wasn't allowed so we gave it away to one of the staff.

This hotel is great value for money. In a lovely area, it is more quiet than Las Americas.. it feels cleaner and safer at night. The staff are lovely, the food was excellent. Lots of fresh food cooked in front of you which I liked, fresh paella, linguistines, pork steak .. and there was always pizza pasta and chips if you didn't like to venture. Salad bar was great too. Plenty of canarian food which we love ! There is a snack bar too and the drinks are excellent and slushes included ! Overall the stay was brilliant. And the pool was heated too which makes a big difference. Spa was brilliant with 1 hour free. One of the best sauna and steam rooms I have ever used. Will definitely be back.

The staff, the food, the room, the spacious areas, level access to everything

Ents team could have been more interactive, they didn't include everyone in invites to do daytime activities and seemed to do bare minimum in evenings, didn't engage with guests. Main bar is a bit like airport, bare space with seats, not helped by staff not being allocated to serve there until too late. Everyone piles into the other bar instead and settles there as at least it seems cosier/more cared about. Results in scenes like professional singing duo in main bar attract 3 guests, other bar completely packed singing dancing and clapping along to one of the staff singing.

Full board and snack bar was also nice feature if you missed main eating times. Wiew from the fourth floor balcony was good to the sea. Room was big and clean. Food was good, multiple drink options, pepsi, fanta, icetea, Beer, wine all from tap.

The elevator buttons didn't function fluently. Had to push them multiple times seven days in a row 😃 If to compare it with a previous hotel, that was 3 stars, then it was lacking some small details in the room (slippers, hygiene accessories, candy:p, water bottles)

Breakfast was excellent, dinner was usual all inclusive fare. Room was lovely glad we paid extra for sea view. Room was cleaned everyday. husband had a mobility scooter he parked it outside, instead of speaking to him about where was more suitable to park they stuck a big NO PARKING sign on it. very rude

Asked 3 time for kettle to be changed as lid broken and didn't turn off but it never was. Some of staff not very friendly unsmiling and unhelpful,

reception staff were extremely helpful & could not do enough for you. Manuel in the bar equally very pleasant along with some of the dining room staff

the lifeguard was less than useless & retold the same story about his wages to anyone who would listen! some of the dining room staff could do with smiling a bit!! the rooms are too spacious in the junior suites but not equally so in some of the family rooms

OK budget hotel with the wow factor! Staff were excellent. Modern elements. Warm pool. Drinks flowed. All local drinks. Freezer of ice creams. Pool bar buffet burgers hot dogs. Varied and full buffet with alot of choice not 5 star but excellent and exceeded all expectations. I wanted to write a review as I wasn't sure if this place would be rough. Nope! It's great. 4 min walk to the Duque nice shopping atrium. 5 mins stroll to the beach. We stayed on 4th floor with sea views and the rooms are massive. Twin beds slide around but that was funny!

There's nothing to dislike. It's great value for money. Like alot of Spanish places they use irrigation water for bathing so it's sandy coloured. No problem at all.
