in general, this was last minute decision, because vacation was approved just day before trip. Long evening in booking.com. Initially was looking for hotels/apartments in Los Christianos, but due to overpriced offers moved search to Adeje, Costa Adeje. Spent sone time reading comments, GF Izabelle attracted with good feedback regarding location, environment for children. We selected Villa, as we are family with small children. Taxi from TFS airport was around 20EUR, big one to be able transport all bags. I was also trying to use booking.com offered taxi preorder, there offered price was 59DUR. Upon arrival in airport went outside, there was huge line with taxi waiting-any required size. Location of hotel is excellent, next to the supermarket, where You can find rent a car company Hertz, Triffty. Ocean with beautiful beach is only max 10 min walk, no extreme climb to upslope, easy access. Check-in was nice and smooth, compliments to staff! Accommodation in villa excellent. We got villa almost next to the pool. Cleanliness and all equipment inside is super. Outside villa there is jacuzzi, but water is not heated. pools are heated, not overcrowded, always you can find place for family, not only for one person. Breakfast is good, variety of food, quality, etc. Children friendly restaurant, they will arrange child seat, plates, spoons, forks, etc. All areas easily accessible with baby stroller. in one sentence-place, where you will return.

All up to excellent standards, only one small comment. We were leaving hotel day earlier than planned, and I approached guys in front desk on evening before to arrange taxi and help with bag transportation from villa to reception. Due to GDPR, i will say: old gentlemen with glasses in reception copied my requests and promised to arrange it. o On next morning, nothing from required was received. Went to the reception, nice lady supported and called for taxi, organized everything.

Pool, great kids facilities, lovely well-located bungalow, nice restaurant for breakfast and a great pool bar. Our bungalow was also ideally located - I don't think the experience would have been the same if we were in some of the other bungalows.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful sometimes at the reception, it also took over a week to get a door fixed (by which point we were checking out). I think our enjoyment also depended quite a lot on the location of our bungalow which was great.

Loved the layout of the site, a little village. The quiet pool was just that, a great little corner. The food was good but what really impressed me was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They were busy in every corner yest always had time for a quick word.

The layout of the buffet, I thought it was haphazzard. Especially at dinner when the queue for ice cream went to the door blocking it off. Also at breakfast, cereal and some fruits then hot then far away juice etc. Just saw a lot of people going back and forth. Perhaps the restaurant staff have an opinion??

You cannot ask for more really: very clean room and facilities, very friendly staff, great location, great breakfast with a lot of options.

Two small things really: 1) there is a massive light from the basketball court ‘hitting’ direct our room which meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside at night, 2) I didn’t find the hotel entertainment enticing, 3) there was no sign to indicate that the lawn sprinklers go at night so the clothes we left out to dry were extremely wet in the morning.

We wanted self catering on a hotel complex and we were very happy with what we got. The hotel was ideally placed. The staff were very helpful. The view from our balcony was not the best -but we had the sun all day so cant complain. We will certainly think about staying there again.

The view from bungalow 600 -

All staff were great with children. The bungalow was spacious and clean. Mini disco and evening entertainment was great.

Mini disco could have been slightly earlier - 8pm is quite late for little ones. Although the food was tasty, it was quite repetitive.

Location, kids pool and playground were great for our 2yo. Quiet rooms, nice food.

Broken and sharp edges of our sliding door floor which could have cut our feet (luckily didn't). The two joined single beds often slid apart while sleeping

Very nice family hotel. My husband and I had an apartment on third floor, very quiet with great see view. My daughter and her family stayed in a bungalow close to the pool. Convenient with kids.

The karioki bar down the street. A bit loud in the evening.

great location near Playa del Duque. beautiful architecture, large complex of many smaller buildings, like a „village”. nice pool, good breakfast buffet. one bedroom apartment was spacy and comfortable, could easily host 4 person family. nice little kitchenette with nice touches.. good value for money

The hotel is a bit dated, furniture has aged..

The hotel was fabulous, lovely setting, had an authentic Spanish vibe, excellent facilities,very clean and excellent location, apartment was very well equipped and kept very clean, staff were wonderful, very friendly and hard working. Breakfast was the only meal we included and it was excellent, great selection and it is was great to be able to eat outdoors, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning
