The staff is absolutely excellent, with endless patience for children and always with a smile on their face and ready to help you with anything. The cleaning was also incredibly nice, they came every day and made the beds, took out trash and scrubbed the floor and more. Many things about this hotel that are absolutely very nice: the staff, the cleaning, the mini disco every night with lots of other shows, the swimming pools, the children's pool, the playground, the ice cream, the desserts, the breakfast and much more. At least our kids had a great time there and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, will definitely be back.

We adults often didn't like the food , often very tasteless and unexciting. But the breakfast, snacks and desserts are very good. The children's pool is said to be heated, but we couldn't feel it when we were there in January, just as cold as the others.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. tasty food. Pool bar pours good cocktails. We needed gluten-free food and we received an explanation at each meal from the chef as to what was allowed to be eaten.

The safe in the rooms is locked with a key, you have to deposit 20 euros in cash on the key at the reception, when you return the key you get the money back, in addition the cost of the safe is 2.5 euros per day. The flow in the shower was weak, a bottle of body soap hanging in the bathtub is a very uncomfortable place, hard to reach while showering. Parking problem near the hotel. Sunbeds near the pool are occupied by people early in the morning, when you get to the pool all the sunbeds are occupied with towels, but there are no people.

The resort is great for small families because it’s not too big or busy so I felt safe with the children. Looking at some of the other resorts along the coast I much preferred the style of ours, it was so pretty and Spanish like.

The downside of a small resort is that it has only one restaurant and one bar. They were perfectly fine but for two weeks it gets a bit boring doing and having the same thing all the time.

it was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at and the food was amazing. When I arrived at the hotel from the airport I had lost my bank card and I was panicking as I needed to pay for our stay but the staff Ivan (loveliest guy ever!!!!) and a lovely lady (who I can’t remember her name) reassured me and let us check in early to our room etc so I could search all our bags. I’ve never seen so much freshly cooked and delicious food at an all inclusive! every meal there was a new selection every day! we had Mexican night, chinese, Indian, kebabs, different cakes and puddings every evening and loads of fresh fruit! we definitely did not go hungry! all the staff were so friendly always saying ‘hola’ even the cleaners as they are cleaning the outside staircase! cleanest resort I’ve stayed at, always getting disinfected everywhere, rubbish collected, plates cleared quickly and tables re made and I can’t believe our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels! I don’t really have anything bad to say at all, we booked this really last minute and have come back relaxed and happy! my children said to add in my review that they loved all the pool games (magic carpet especially) and the football tournaments run by the kids club. thank you to every person who works there we will miss you all and my children are now expecting fresh pancakes for breakfast every day haha!

This is perfect place for families. Animations for kids were outstanding ( Regards for Roberto doing amazing job as entertainer!). All staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is really beautiful, located not that far from the ocean.

The food wasn't 4 stars - large choice but poor quality. Frozen fish, pasta was always overdone and covered in oil. Cakes looked amazing - but full of artificial colorants and not tasty. No hot beverages available after breakfast (only at the bar near the swimming pool), My advice: reduce quantity and invest in quality.

Apartments are very spacious and really handy to have a microwave for sterilising baby bottles and dummies as we travelled with our 5 month old. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Wi-Fi was pretty good, food was good for the price and at breakfast you can have a fresh omelette made with your choice of filling. Shower was powerful, room was clean and the aircon was good also. We liked the rustic look of the buildings also with their pretty colours. Although we spotted a few people reserving sun loungers it didn’t seem much of a problem and there was always loungers available. Initially we were told we couldn’t have late checkout but when I went back later a really helpful member of staff (forget his name but it began with a G and he wore a white shirt and smart trousers) sorted it for us for a small fee which we were very grateful for as we had a late flight.

I think there are some simple improvements that could be made to really improve guest experience: at breakfast the fruit juice tasted like cordial rather than fresh juice. The entertainment room often smelt unpleasant like bleach. The white wine was completely undrinkable and other guests said the same thing to us. The rose wine was nice from the restaurant tap but the taps in the entertainment room produced a horrible rose wine that was undrinkable and had bits floating at the bottom of the glass. We didn’t like that you had to pay for cocktails after 11. plastic chairs on balcony ruin the look of the apartments. I’d also invest in nicer looking sunloungers to improve the appeal of the pool area. The baby pool was really cold and could do with warming up.

Great hotel with fun activities for the whole family. two nice pool areas that works for kids of all ages. Good food and friendly staff :)

great that it is entertainment every night but the volume is VERY high. our children (aged 5, 8 and 11) could not sleep even though we had doors and windows closed. felt like we were right infront of the stage and it didn’t end until 22:30-23:00.

The food was above expectations, all meals especially the dinner. We loved the fact that the food was changed every evening and the hotel made an effort to provide diversity. The staff was really really nice, everybody from cleaning lady to reception, restaurant, in the kids club. Our kid had a fever and we asked what is the policy to see a doctor in the night, they were really helpful, at the end we didn;t need the doctor but they called us the second day to check how our kid was doing. They have activities for kids all the time, shows in the evening, face painting, games in the pool during the day. Amazing

Wifi, really really bad connection Coffee is not good, we had filter coffee for breakfast and you can only have it in the morning from filter otherwise really bad coffee from powder.
