The food was delicious, lots of fresh fish, lots of choice. Lots of pools, very clean everywhere. The staff were on it with drinks out front, always there to clear tables, put out coasters. Amazing mini fridge, got free champagne and a Toblerone

Our shower tap didn't turn off whilst the shower was on and it was thundering down, that was room 248. The room towels are quite small and the body soap smelt a bit funky.

Having stayed here several times before we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The hotel is always kept immaculate, staff are always cleaning and the rooms are always well maintained and have very comfy beds. Reception Staff are friendly and helpful, the process is smooth and easy to complete and always prompt. We had paid for All Inclusive and there is always a wide choice of options, some a little strange (brussel sprouts for breakfast!) However, you will not go hungry here. Staff around the Hotel are generally very friendly too, so long as you make an effort with them which they appreciate. Good pools and you can always catch the sun here at any time of the day, although in busier periods you may need to be up earlier to get a sunbed - like most hotels in the Summer Holidays!

The Hotel has areas that could do with a little freshening up, like the back wall by the childrens play area / pool. Also, i peak times, there needs to be more thought going into the outside seating for the evening entertainment by the pool bar as it was very hectic and busy there.

The staff are very professional and kind mannered. Also, the staff seem very down-to-earth and nothing seems a problem to deal with. The dinner buffet is great, better than some 5 star hotels. Half board is a great option, esp. with fussy children. My son loved the fresh pineapple and pomegranate. The location is good They have a kids' pool. Exceptional value for money!

The rooms are very dated and need modernising. Could have better toiletries in the rooms, the scent is important. The shower gel doesn't look appealing to use. No coffee / tea making facilities in the room

The restaurant offered great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent with a lot of show cooking. A lot of evening entertainment and sport posibilities.

We were a familly of four and got a room with one king size bed and one sofa bed. But the sofa bed was only for one person. Maybe i should make a complaint at arivall but i didn't. The room could get a renovation. The window isolation was poor.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. they provided soap. Food was decent and staff was friendly. They even offered luggage and showers on the check out day along with extending the All inclusive options.

The wine offered as part of the all inclusive was not great. An actual grill with burgers, dog, fries etc would be ideal at the pool. They stopped food service in mid afternoon at all locations. That's hard for people returning from beach with no lunch. There should be more offered for the all inclusive than the very simple sandwich/yogurt/small salad.

Hotel in a good location, Staff helpful and pleasant. Got me a taxi forr the airport home. Place spotless. Breakfast good. Never ate english but had fruit,$boiled eggs s tea and juice. And wee muffin cakes. Pools busy. 1 point no sunbeds atcall ground pool. Very selfish people. No kettle in rooms take your own. Loved it 5 star. 8 mins to beach down up steep hill So if you have problem walking maybe get cab up shared lol. Heat very hot you must be careful. Will go back but not for a while as we have a new pup. You must stay. £300+ b and b sun to wed. Worth every penny . Go 😃 Oh and Taxo i booked on booking .com. was delayed and he eaited for me. Helped me and was cheerful and kind. Bless you.

Amazing food! Big choice for everyone (including dietary needs) and everything very tasty. Spacious, comfortable rooms, very clean. Quiet, safe room facing ocean view. Fantastic ‘adults only’ area on the roof, with 2 pools, bar and amazing 365degrees view. They strictly forbid to reserve sunbeds - that means that there is always enough of them. Staff in general very nice. You need to book ‘a slot’ for the meals time, but they are quite relaxed about it- no problems if you come at different time.

High price, long wait for drinks in a bar, and they weren’t tasty. Not even basic toiletries - only shower gel at the bath, but lack of soap/hand wash etc.

Everything great. Animation for adults and kids is very good. Breakfast and dinner buffet are really good. Swimming pool for adults and the ones for kids are great. Stuff is very nice and professional. Location is great. 5 minutes to several beaches. Gym is small but very well equiped with bars, discs, dumbbells, a jail and a couple of cardio machines. Gym opens at 7am, at that time there were only 2 or 3 people training.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the stuff couldn’t help. They admitted that some phones may have some temporary issues. Parking on site was small and impossible to get a spot. We parked on a nearby big parking place - Fanabe Market on Av. de Bruselas, which we think was ok. it was one night from Sunday to Monday so maybe it was not the trade day. Stuff could not tell us for sure.

A nice hotel, with a correct balance between cost and what is offers. Good food (although quite repetive), friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice pool area, nice experience over all. Would come back, for sure.

A kettle in the room would be nice. We had a room with view towards the city, sometimes it was noisy due to traffic and some karaoke show at a bar opposite the hotel (however, the show stopped every night at 12 - but our child had to go to sleep earlier...)
