Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was great, loads of sunbeds/umbrellas. Pool cafe food and drinks were good. Music just the right volume. Walk down to the beach was easy. We got a taxi back up during the day (4-6 euros) but could walk it fine even with a pushchair when it was cooler in the evening. Little shop and bakery near reception but also a bigger supermarket round the corner. Staff came in every other day to change bins/towels and a little clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a shame the bedroom didn't have any natural light.

Great complex. Rooms were clean and modern and serviced beautifully by housekeeping. Very helpful staff on reception. Supermarket and bakery on site were fab. Chill out area with sun beds etc was great. Can recommend eating at the Aloha Garden 150 yards away from the hotel.

These apartments are a good 15 min walk downhill to the majority of restaurants, bars etc at the front. The good news is, it’s only about 5 Euros in a taxi back up!

I loved the inner garden and the view from our balcony.

I travelled with my mother and the location of the bed within the apartment was not very convenient.

Beautiful ocean view from the large terrace. Very friendly, helpful and hassle-free hotel staff, who speak very well English. Fully equipped kitchen, even a juicer available. Cleaning 5 days a week, including towels change.

The furniture on the terrace could be replaced due to wear and low comfort.

Check in, reception very helpful and welcoming and also allowed us into our room early. Kitchen facilities were OK. Pool area nice, didn't try the pool as not yet warm enough. Pool bar serving a small range of snacks. Bakery and small supermarket in site. There is a bus stop outside which goes to Los Christianos. Cleaners came round regularly. Taxi from the main area @ €5 which you would need if not too fit. We were okay with the 15 min walk, some of which is quite steep but some might find it challenging.

Although the sofa bed was comfortable we would have preferred a bed, we had to keep moving furniture around to get into the wardrobe or get onto the balcony. There was musical entertainment on the first evening and then not much else of note (magician / snake / parrot shows) so nothing to stay at the complex for on an evening.

Our appartment was lovely overlooking the garden with a sea view .it was very relaxing lying at the pool. bar food . drinks and icecreams available at the poolside. The appartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach and town centre was fine 15 mins down hill . We got a taxi back as the hill is very steep. taxis were very easy to get and cost under 5 euro so very reasonable adeje itself had a great choice of bars and restaurants

Although I loved the apartment it had a lovely terrace .unfortunately there was a smell of sewage at times which meant i couldn't dine outside and read a book or leave the patio door open . I could have reported this to the manager but couldn't be bothered moving appartments even if this was an option so we just kept the door closed most of the time . Other than that I really liked the Regency club apartments

So clean, lots of cutlery to use and there was a taxi stop right outside the reception so it was really handy. There was a bakery right beside the reception with fresh pastries which was amazing and a shop right beside it for essentials aswell. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to come here.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but with the spare duvets on top they are alright. There was no air conditioning but there was two fans so sometimes it did get a little warm but the fans definitely helped.

Cleaned and looked after,toilet rolls was topped up and rooms tide up .

WIFI very bad in all areas,beds very hard other then that excellent.

Staff were brilliant, facilities were brilliant.

The room didn't have proper air conditioning, the ceiling fans didn't really help

Lovely staff all the complex and rooms impeccably clean, WiFi excellent, nice pool and diffident beds beside pool 8 out of 9 days

The only negative is it is up a generous hill from town so if you don’t like walking it’s a Eu4 Taxi or Bus. But no problem for us.
