Nice and welcoming people at the reception, who were always ready to help, answered phone calls quickly and any question we had, they sorted out asap. The hotel area, swimming pool and public areas are very clean. Sun beds and tables near the pool were cleaned and arranged every evening. The pool itself was clean, with the warm water, not crowded. There was enough space for everyone. What's also nice that hotel team was very attentive and respectful with the sun beds near the pool. If it was needed they helped to find a space and the free beds. Very nice idea about adding the "adults only" area. The pool for adults is isolated upstairs, nice cozy area. And parents can have a nice moment in calm corner while kids are enjoying in kids club. Nice and very friendly ladies provide nice activities for kids. Water activities, water slides, cinema evenings and many others. You can find area of table tennis and billiard, chessboard with huge figures and area of mini-golf which are opened all day round. In the evening hotel area is calm and quiet, decorated with nice small lights. Room. Our room was with the balcony's ocean view. Big balcony, cozy bedroom and living room joined with the kitchen corner give the feeling of free space. Kitchen corner had all what was needed. Dishwasher was absolutely clean inside, all the dishes in the cardboard were clean and well arranged. The balcony had amazing view and a lot of space for two sun beds, table with four chairs, huge sun umbrella and the area to dry things. The bathroom was located perfectly, the sound of water or washing machine was isolated from the sleeping area. Big space infront of the bathroom mirror, clean bath and toilet. There was a bar area one floor upper. But the arrangement of the hotel area is perfect. And the location of the bar doesn't bother the privacy of the balcony.

Goo location, is perfect if you have a rental car. - Pools & views from the room were good - Massive balconies to relax and stargaze.

- The receptionist took 30' to serve us. There was only one on a Sunday evening. Not ideal after a 5hr flight with young kids. - Pool timings were inconvenient. 9.30AM to 5.30PM. Dint get a chance to use them as we were out most of the time. - Apartment, especially the Kitchen was a bit stinky and sticky

Amazing views from terrace! Really good location, further from center noise, but close to shops, etc. even though hotel is old, its is Very clean. beautiful plants everywhere. Our apartament had two bathrooms- very convenient, when traveling with family. Very nice staff, warm swimming pools.

Hotel a bit old. There lives some cockroaches 🫣

Nice property for larger hotel, kids loved the pool, always access to loungers, room was all we needed (used the kitchen), beds were comfortable, nice bathroom

It is clean and constantly disinfected. The hotel can't be made of guests, the British and the French are terribly uneducated, none of them almost ever wore a mask in the elevator! The equipment of the room was complete, we had everything we needed. Nice hotel, beautiful view. Those who find it difficult to walk uphill should not book here. The beach is a short walk away, but not so pleasant.The parking lot is large and convenient.

We did not receive the room I booked on arrival. We spent 4 of the 14 nights on the ground floor next to the parking lot, where I couldn’t sleep from the door slams of the delivery cars. We did not receive compensation, not even an real apology. The rolling cars of the cleaners would need a rubber wheel because the whole corridor is ringing when they retreat several times a day. And we should tell the staff not to shout, yell at each other during the day either, because we’re basically going to relax.

We love the location and the views. We actually don’t mind the hills and walking to and from beach/restaurants as it keeps us fit plus the views from resort are worth it. We were really pleased for the addition of pool inflatable fun the kids loved it!

I didn’t like that the bed & breakfast option had changed from last year. Last year we were able to choose a breakfast dish from the menu with option of how we’d like our eggs cooked. This year was a buffet and it wasn’t great. Only option of fried, over cooked eggs. Some days croissants and pastry’s other days not. Some days yoghurt & fruit other days just fruit. The selection wasn’t great and wasn’t consistent. Had we known this was the case we wouldn’t have paid extra. It wasn’t worth it.

Restaurant at the complex was very expensive no need to charge so much would be used a lot more if prices were fairer

Lovely big room. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Location was good, pretty short walk to the sea front/town. The pool/restaurant area was nice however I didn’t actually use the pool. TV was good with good apps/channels.

Seems to be luck whether you get a good view or not depending on how high up the apartments you’re positioned. It’s also a pretty long windy and confusing route from the door to your room. We were in the middle roughly and it was probably a good 6 minute walk from the reception to the room. That was a small problem for us though but could affect some guests!

The property is really well kept! All the stuff is there to help and you generally feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay. The rooms are much bigger than a average hotel with an impressive balcony! They have a restaurant, a small supermarket and a kids club with different activities each day. A great plus, for those that enjoy their time by the pool, there is a lifeguard on duty every day! Regarding location, the hotel is near everything, just 10 min drive to the nicest spots. The food is excellent as supposed is all spanish cusine. We shall definitely want to come back!
